职位介绍：    
设施资产管理团队负责管理及实施上海迪士尼度假区的设施改善及改建项目。该职位的职责是协助项目控制经理对项目（尤其是大型项目）进度的全面管理，监督/负责/跟踪及整理项目全过程进度信息，整合跨部门的资源，协助完成项目资产的生命周期各阶段的进度控制管理，以确保项目资产规范并系统化地移交。项目的开展会需要定期地与各业务部门的利益相关方和内部业务专家（包括采购部门，综合设施规划，工程服务等）进行交流。
    
工作内容：    
•    项目全生命周期的进度管理，包含但不限于下列：
a)    项目申请期，提供项目初步的总体计划；
b)    项目启动前期，编制项目总体进度计划，协助项目控制经理和项目负责人制定总体策略，如工作包划分，阶段性目标等；
c)    在项目招标阶段，编制招标进度计划，制定关键日期和阶段性里程碑；
d)    在合同执行阶段，完成对承包商基准计划的审核及批复，跟踪项目进度，管理承包商进度计划提交，审批和更新；
e)    跟踪关键日期的状态，准确及时地记录合同关键进度的事件；
f)    配合项目收尾，提供项目延时评估报告以供项目结算只用；
g)    完成项目完工总结报告中与进度计划有关的部分。
•    梳理项目报批及验收流程，制定进度，跟踪进度。
•    建立并维护进度计划数据库：从已完工项目中提炼典型工序逻辑，施工效率，进度风险等信息，纳入到进度计划数据库中
•    跟踪项目的进度信息，监督项目经理及协调员对项目进度进行监控。
•    巩固和更新综合设施规划项目进展，在必要时为高管和其他领导人准备演讲报告
•    指导部门成员完成月度，季度和年度项目的总结报告，提供诸如主要工作范围变化、项目竣工时间等信息；
•    在正常计划周期内参加现场的检查工作。
•    能接受在周末和节假日的工作，能适应不同排班。

我们希望您：    
•    候选人需要具备项目及工程管理相关专业本科或以上学位
•    拥有8年以上完整项目进度计划管理经验（有项目成本控制经验或知识尤佳）
•    熟悉常规的土建，装修，机电等各专业的计划管理（有限考虑熟悉主题类施工、游艺设备、娱乐演出设备或系统综合联调的人选）
•    具备在一个计划软件管理平台上同时管理多个项目进度计划的经验者优先；
•    熟悉掌握网络进度计划的基础知识并能灵活应用到工作中，包括关键路径法、总浮时与自由浮时、资源平衡等；
•    熟练掌握常用的进度计划软件（如P6，MS-Project等）与办公报表及演示的软件。熟悉VBA或数据库尤佳。
•    流利的中英文双语能力
•    具有良好的团队合作精神和人际关系技巧，能有效地与组织的各个层面合作以实现目标，包括高层管理人员；
•    能够清晰地阐明复杂的技术问题，以帮助相关人员做出决策。
•    能够主动明确业务和过程的改进并确定备选方案。
•    能够同时处理多个项目，并平衡各项目的成果产出。
•    具有主观能动性，能够跟踪管理事项至其完成。
•    逻辑性强，当项目计划面临挑战时，能够主动帮助项目团队找出优化的计划。

Job Summary:        
Facility Asset Management Team is responsible for management and execution of SHDR facility enhancement and modification projects. This position is responsible for assist project controls manager in overall project schedule management. Supervision/tracking and integration of projects schedule information, timely maintaining project schedule data, regularly updating department and project schedule.  
This will require regular interface with key stakeholders from each Line of Business (LOB) and in-house subject matter experts (including Sourcing & Procurement, Integrated Facilities Planning (IFP), Engineering Services, etc.)

What You’ll Do:     
•Provide the schedule management of project full life cycle, including but not limited to below:
a)In project application stage, make master schedule;
b)In project kick off phase, build/develop master schedule, assist project controls manager and project manager to make project strategies such as package breakdown, staging goal etc.;
c)In tendering phase, develop tendering schedule, make Key Dates and phasing milestone;
d)In contract execution phase, review and approve contractor baseline schedule, track project progress, manage and coordinate contractor’s schedule submission, approval and updates;
e)Track Key Dates status, record the delay and actual completion timely via formal contract lettering;
f)Provide Extension of Time report for final account assessment;
g) Assist to finish project completion summary report, provide schedule summary sections.
• Tidy-up project permitting and acceptance processes, make schedule summary sections.
• Schedule database setup and maintenance: to extract the useful schedule information from as-built projects, such as: typical works sequencing, productivity, schedule risks etc.
• Track project schedule information, supervise project manager and coordinator on budget monitoring.
• Consolidate and update the IFP project progress and prepare presentations for executives and other leaders as necessary.。
• Cooperate with team members to finish the project End-Month/Quarter/Year Summaries, including key scope of works change, actual put-in-service dates etc.;
• Attend site walks and job reviews throughout the normal planning cycle.
• Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and various shifts as needed.  

What To Bring:    

•    Bachelor Degree in majority of project/Engineering is required;
•    At least 8 years project scheduling experience throughout full project lifecycle (knowledge or experiences in cost controlling are preferred)
•    Familiar with scheduling of typical disciplines of Civil, Fit-out, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing ect.(experiences in Theme Finishes construction, Ride and Show system, integrated system commissioning test are preferred);
•    Preferred candidate with experiences in setting-up and maintaining multiple project schedules in one scheduling software platform;
•    Knowledge of basic network planning skills, such as: Critical Path Method, Total Float and Free Float, Resource Balance etc.;
•    Knowledge of the normal scheduling software (P6, MS-Project, ect.) and office applications. Knowledge of VBA and Database software is preferred.
•    Bi-lingual (Fluent in English and Mandarin)
•    Team player with good relationship skills, effective in working with all levels of the organization to achieve the objectives including executives;
•    Ability to articulate complex technical issues to enable decision making by layman type audience.
•    Ability to proactively identify business and process improvement and determine alternatives.
•    Ability to balance productivity on multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Self-starter with the ability to manage issues through to completion.
•    Logical and analytical thinker with the ability to propose promotion plan when project schedule meets challenges.
