作为基础设施产品经理,您将全面负责主题乐园、度假区、办公职场、仓库等多元化场景下的基础设施规划与管理工作,涵盖网络设备、数据机房、弱电工程等领域的全生命周期管理。您需主导项目方案设计、资金统筹、供应商合作、工程落地及持续运维,确保基础设施的高效性、安全性与可扩展性,支撑业务长期稳定发展。
工作内容:
基础设施产品解决方案
- 负责网络交换设备、安全设备、负载均衡设备的选型评估与组网架构设计,制定高可用性、高性能的技术方案。对设备和链路的性能、兼容性和成本效益进行综合考量,确保所选设备能够满足公司的基础设施需求。
- 根据选定的设备设计组网架构。充分考虑网络链路的性能、可扩展性、可靠性和安全性,为经营系统和办公场所构建一个高效安全健壮的网络环境。
- 综合考虑数据中心机房、汇聚机房、弱电机房的容量、可用性、性能、安全,确保业务连续性。
- 对网络日常出现的问题进行诊断。能够快速定位并解决可能影响网络性能的问题。
- 对网络设备、公司局域网和与外部各种网络链路的性能进行调优。持续监控网络性能,并通过各种手段提高网络的速度、稳定性和整体效率。
- 负责园区内与弱电工程相关的IT相关规划、方案设计、实施计划制定和执行,确保方案从战略、计划合理性、执行可落地、预算符合预期。
项目管理与实施
- 管理和实施与基础设施建设相关的各类IT和弱电工程项目。负责规划和执行IT相关基础设施的修建扩容工作,确保其满足公司的空间和基础设施需求。包括但不限于经营场所和工作场所扩建、安保安防设施建设、室内外蜂窝网络和WiFi设施建设
- 统筹跨部门资源,推进网络设备整体更换、楼宇扩建、智能化设备部署等项目的落地,确保进度、成本与质量达标。
- 管理项目全流程,包括招投标、合同谈判、资金申请及供应商协作。
数据中心与弱电机房管理
- 管理和规划园区数据中心机房和弱电机房,满足容量、安全、性能、可用性等要求,符合机房管理各项规范。
- 管理和维护机房日常各项工作,包括但不限于:监控机房的环境条件(如温度、湿度等),确保电力供应和冷却系统的正常运行,管理机房的物理安全等。
运维体系搭建
- 负责上述工作的日常运维管理。制定并实施运维计划和流程,确保所有与基础设施相关的系统和设备能够平稳、高效地运行。
- 带领团队建设可视化监控报警系统,完善问题管理流程与应急响应机制。
- 定期开展系统诊断、性能调优及团队能力培训。

- 5年以上基础设施相关项目管理经验,在数据中心、弱电机房建设和管理,网络的交换设备(如数据中心交换机、园区室内外交换机、WIFI、广域网路由器等)、安全设备(如防火墙等)、负载均衡设备以及弱电工程领域拥有广泛的知识、深入的了解。
- 具有高度的组织能力,能够同时管理和协调多个基础设施建设和维护项目。有大型项目成功案例优先考虑,例如智慧园区/大型综合体项目经验。
- 熟悉项目规划、预算编制、招投标、供应商沟通、团队资源分配等方面的技能。
- 擅长跨部门协作与供应商管理,具备出色的沟通能力,能够清晰地向技术和非技术利益相关者转换和传达技术信息,能够与不同的团队(如 业务团队、IT 团队、工程团队和供应商团队)有效合作。
- 注重细节,确保技术准确选型、项目保质保量实施、日常运维有效开展管理。

Job Summary:
You will provide cutting-edge technology and a friendly online and offline user experience for our users (tourists and cast members).
You will have regular contact with business stakeholders and executive management, applying your expertise to various technical issues and user scenarios.
In this role as a infrastructure manager, you will lead the planning and management of infrastructure across diverse environments including theme parks, resorts, offices, and warehouses. Your role spans the entire lifecycle of network devices, data centers, and low-voltage engineering systems – from design and funding to vendor collaboration, implementation, and ongoing operations – ensuring infrastructure efficiency, security, and scalability to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Product Solutions
- Responsible for the selection evaluation and network architecture design of networking switching equipment, security devices, and load balancing equipment, developing technical solutions with high availability and performance. Comprehensive consideration is given to the performance, compatibility, and cost-effectiveness of the equipment and links to ensure that the selected equipment can meet the company's infrastructure needs.
- Designing network architecture based on the selected equipment. Full consideration is given to the performance, scalability, reliability, and security of network links to build an efficient, secure, and robust network environment for operating systems and office premises.
- Considering the capacity, availability, performance, and security of data center rooms, aggregation rooms, and low-voltage electrical rooms comprehensively to ensure business continuity.
- Diagnosing problems arising in the daily operation of the network. Capable of quickly locating and resolving issues that may affect network performance.
- Optimizing the performance of network equipment, company LANs, and various external network links. Continuously monitoring network performance and improving speed, stability, and overall efficiency through various measures.
- Overseeing IT-related planning, solution design, implementation plan formulation, and execution related to weak current projects within the park, ensuring that the plans are strategically sound, reasonably planned, executable, and budget-compliant.
Project Management and Implementation
- Managing and implementing various IT and weak current engineering projects related to infrastructure construction. Responsible for planning and executing the construction and expansion work of IT-related infrastructure to meet the company's space and infrastructure requirements, including but not limited to expansions of operating and working premises, installation of security facilities, indoor and outdoor cellular network and WiFi facility constructions.
- Coordinating cross-departmental resources to advance project implementations such as overall replacement of network equipment, building expansions, and deployment of intelligent devices, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality compliance.
- Managing the entire project process, including bidding and tendering, contract negotiations, funding applications, and supplier collaboration.
Data Center and EER Room Management
- Managing and planning data center rooms and weak current rooms within the park to meet capacity, security, performance, availability requirements, and comply with all standards of room management.
- Managing and maintaining daily operations of the rooms, including but not limited to: monitoring environmental conditions (such as temperature, humidity), ensuring normal operation of power supply and cooling systems, and managing physical security of the rooms.
Operation and Maintenance System Construction
- Overseeing daily operation and maintenance management of the aforementioned tasks. Formulating and implementing operation and maintenance plans and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all systems and equipment related to infrastructure.
- Leading the team to build a visualized monitoring and alarm system, perfecting problem management processes and emergency response mechanisms.
- Regularly conducting system diagnostics, performance optimization, and team capability training.
Desired Qualifications:
- Honest and upright, with high professional ethics.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields.
- Proficient in reading English technical documents, writing English reports, and capable of basic oral English communication for work purposes.
- Over 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure-related projects, with extensive knowledge and deep understanding in areas such as data center construction and management, low-voltage electrical rooms, network switching equipment (e.g., data center switches, indoor and outdoor campus switches, WIFI, WAN routers), security devices (e.g., firewalls), load balancing equipment, and weak current engineering.
- Highly organized, capable of managing and coordinating multiple infrastructure construction and maintenance projects simultaneously. Preference given to those with successful large-scale project cases, such as smart park/large complex project experience.
- Familiar with skills in project planning, budget preparation, bidding and tendering, supplier communication, and team resource allocation.
- Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration and supplier management, with excellent communication abilities to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Capable of effective collaboration with different teams (e.g., business teams, IT teams, engineering teams, and supplier teams).
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate technical selection, quality project implementation, and effective daily operations management.
- Able to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
- Familiar with data center operation and maintenance standards, with capacity planning and fault handling capabilities for server rooms.
- Excellent learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new environments, technologies, and knowledge, with a certain level of stress resistance.
