上海迪士尼度假区财务副总裁负责监督度假区的运营财务、业务运营、资金和税务职能。其职责包括制定和实施财务计划，提供决策支持以影响业务决策和资本投资，管理组织的现金流，维护有效的业务流程和控制，以及指导影响公司财务制度和系统的技术解决方案。

战略

• 规划、制定、组织、实施、指导和评估组织的财政职能和绩效。

财务管理

• 监督上海迪士尼度假区的年度运营计划、长期计划和成本管理，使其与战略计划保持一致。
• 领导衡量业务影响和风险的评估，包括工具和参数的开发，指导项目决策和权衡，以及风险缓解计划。
• 在关键举措、财务规划、风险分析和长期战略方面，为上海迪士尼度假区指导委员会提供业务决策领导，帮助组织实现战略目标。
• 确保合资公司拥有充足的流动资金，以资助投资、维持运营和履行股东义务
• 制定并执行现金投资战略，维护并加强银行和金融机构关系

所需资格：

• 至少 15 年的各种财务管理经验，具有深厚的企业财务背景和出色的成就与晋升记录

Role Description:

The VP Finance, Shanghai Disney Resort provides oversight for the resort’s Operations Finance, Business Operations, Treasury and Tax functions. Responsibilities include establishing and implementing financial plans, providing decision support to influence business decisions and capital investment, managing the organization’s liquidity, maintaining effective business processes and controls, and guiding technology solutions that impact the company’s financial systems.

The VP Finance is a member of the Shanghai Disney Resort Executive Committee where he/she provides guidance on financial and strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
• Conceptualize and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver on innovative solutions for complex business problems and drive the execution of these solutions.
• Establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective problem solver who navigates through complex business issues and landscapes; be viewed as a strategic business advisor with deep expertise in financial matters.
• Collaborate across boundaries to integrate a diverse set of perspective and utilize expertise of multiple partners within and outside the organization.
• Prepare the organization to anticipate and meet demands of evolving and dynamic business trends.
• Lead organizational and cultural change efforts to ensure new, innovative concepts, business practices, and technologies are fully adopted and integrated into the business.
• Support a holistic look at revenue growth and cost optimization along with scenario planning to advise site leadership on strategy towards sustained profitable growth short and long term.

Financial Management

• Oversee Shanghai Disney Resort’s Annual Operating Plan, Long-Term Plan and cost management in alignment with strategic plan.
• Lead the development of assessments, tools and parameters that measure business impact and risk, and guide project decisions and trade-offs, and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide business decision leadership to the Shanghai Disney Resort Steering Committee on key initiatives, financial planning, risk analysis and long-term strategies to enable the organization to achieve strategic goals.
• Ensure the JV has adequate liquidity to fund investments, maintain operations and fulfill shareholder obligations
• Develop and execute strategies for cash investments, and maintain and enhance banking and financial institution relationships
• Develop and maintain Shanghai Disney Resort’s insurance and credit risk policies and procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of receivables, drive strategic and tactical payment card initiatives, and direct the feasibility assessment and financial systems support for new product initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of diverse financial management experience with strong corporate finance background and excellent track record of achievement and advancement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required; MBA/CPA Preferred
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting and executing a strategic vision into an operational model.
• Ability to positively confront issues and resolve conflicts with sound judgment
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to define a clear vision, motivate and develop a high performing team.
