上海迪士尼度假区收益管理与分析部门通过深入全面的分析，与各团队合作共同制定度假区收益增长的策略和业务方案。收益管理及分析部门在不断发展的同时，汇集了众多包括预测与规划、收益管理与定价、库存管理及决策科学等领域的专业人士。

工作内容：

• 通过发掘商业及运营洞见，不断推动业务增长

• 负责准备业绩周报、分析报告以及深度调研，向业务合作伙伴及公司管理层做出汇报

• 负责管理产品的价格，并主动运用指导原则、业务流程及分析工具，不断优化定价机制

• 运用科学方式制定及测试相关策略，推动收益增长 

• 协助相关业务部门制定促销、投资及相关业务举措的收益预测及规划

• 协助制定业务线的年度运营计划及长期规划

我们希望您：

• 拥有学士学位以及三年以上相关业务领域工作经验。相关领域涵盖定价分析、财务、经济、商业智能和业务规划等

• 保持开明的心态，愿意学习全新技能及了解不同观点

• 对于了解不同业务领域、相关合作伙伴责任，以及整体餐饮行业拥有好奇心

• 展现优秀的分析能力，能够制定逻辑清晰的分析方法，并归纳成为可执行的结论。

• 必须能够运用Excel建立财务、数学及数据模型

• 能够通过邮件、文件、图表以及演示工具，高效地与公司各业务层级进行沟通，并拥有影响力

• 愿意表达自己的观点并辅以逻辑性的论据

• 对工作任务拥有高度的自主性，强烈的时间观念， 以及高标准要求

• 优秀的英语表达能力

• 此前拥有定价相关经验为佳

• 此前拥有休闲旅游娱乐相关行业经验为佳

• 熟悉解决问题的结构性分析框架及方法 ，如树形图及Minto决策金字塔 ，了解假设检验为佳

• 拥有使用数据管理工具SQL, R, SAS, SPSS的经验为佳

Job Summary:

The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytics team drives Revenue & Business strategies collaboratively with other teams by developing business solutions based on advanced analytics. Our group of professionals includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Revenue Management, and Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover meaningful business and operational insights and identify opportunities to drive the line of business
• Own the delivery of timely reporting to the line of business partners and executive leadership including but not limited to, weekly business reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and deep-dive investigations
• Manage the day-to-day pricing for new and refreshed business offerings. Proactively work on continuous improvement to optimize the pricing process, e.g. through guidelines, processes, and tools
• Use the scientific method to develop and test strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Develop revenue forecasts and planning for the relevant line of business promotions, investments, and other initiatives
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan and Long Term Plans for line of business

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in business analytics or related fields, such as pricing, finance, economics, business intelligence, and business planning
• Open-mindedness, with a high willingness to learn new skills and explore different points of view
• Curiosity to learn about the line of business, responsibilities of different stakeholders, and about the F&B industry in general
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics, development of clear and logical methodologies, and actionable conclusions
• Ability to develop financial, mathematical or statistical models in Excel
• The ability to craft effective and persuasive communications to all levels of the organization, i.e., emails, decks, visualizations and presentations
• The willingness to speak up and provide logical support for your point of view
• A high level of personal accountability for the timeliness, work quality and integrity
• Fluent in English

• Prior pricing experience
• Prior experience in the tourism and hospitality industries
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies such as issue trees, Minto decision-making pyramid, and hypothesis testing
• Additional experience in technical data tools: SQL, R, SAS, SPSS
