作为销售运营团队的资深专员，您将为旅游运营团队提供有效率的协调和支持，并致力于上海迪士尼度假区旅游运营团队与第三方合作伙伴的联络工作，确保第三方合作伙伴的日常预订及符合上海迪士尼度假区产品规则及标准的退改操作被准确执行，协助直线经理建立业务之间的内部和外部关系以及与第三方合作伙伴落实开发新的产品，提供培训，监督服务水平和处理各种问题，提供技术类领导力和给予其他团队成员技术指导，并且可以独立管理小型项目。

工作内容：

• 您将确保有效的内部和外部沟通，维护良好的业务合作关系；
• 您将通过驻场等方式监督第三方合作伙伴遵守上海迪士尼度假区的政策和规定；
• 您将通过驻场等方式检查并提升第三方合作伙伴的服务品质；
• 您将负责售后业务工单的复核，协助调查并处理客户投诉；
• 您将收集各类业务反馈，优化业务流程和系统；
• 您将驻场管理和提升第三方合作伙伴的销售业绩;
• 您将向第三方合作伙伴提供新产品及各类业务更新的培训；
• 您将分析业务数据并制作业务报告，定期向直线经理汇报；
• 您将管理和维护客服系统的帐号权限。

我们希望您：

• 拥有在旅游行业至少五年的工作经验，有旅游运营、呼叫中心或者酒店预订经验者优先考虑；
• 具备大专或大专以上学历；
• 熟练运用计算机办公软件（Word，Excel，Power point，Outlook）；
• 具备良好的中英文沟通交流能力；
• 在规定时间内对商业计划拥有良好的工作执行力；
• 以目标为导向；
• 熟悉呼叫中心服务提供商管理；
• 熟悉酒店管理系统优先考虑。

Job Summary:

As a Senior Specialist, Sales Operation, you will provide and support the efficient operation for Travel Operations Team, work as liaison between Shanghai Disney Resort Travel Operations Team and the third party partners’ operation team, to ensure accurate daily booking and followed revision or cancellation of the relevant third party partners. Additionally, you should support the line manager to build up internal and external relationships with different lines of business and the third party vendors to develop new products, deliver trainings, monitor service levels, and handle various situations. You should be able to provide technical leadership and technical guide to other team members and lead small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will ensure effective internal and external communications and maintain good business cooperation relationships;
• You will be onsite to supervise third-party service providers to ensure their compliance with the policies and regulations of Shanghai Disneyland Resort;
• You will be onsite to check and improve the service quality of third-party partners;
• You will review the after-sales work order, assist in investigating and handling customer complaints;
• You will collect all kinds of business feedback and optimize business processes and systems;
• You will be onsite to manage and improve the sales performance of third-party partners;
• You will provide training on new products and various business updates to third-party partners;
• You will analyze business data, make business reports, and report to line manager regularly;
• You will manage and maintain the account access of the customer service system.

Desired Qualifications:

• Working experience in travel industry for at least 5 years; experience in travel agent’s operation, call center, or hospitality experience is preferred;
• Junior college degree or above;
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook);
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Proven ability to execute  business plans in provided time;
• Detailed oriented;
• Familiar with vendor management at the call center;
• Familiar with hotel system is highly preferred.
