资深专员，整合平台，电子商务运营，须有效的开发新电子商务业务，管理运营上海迪士尼度假区及相关整合平台，同时协助经理，整合平台制订战略，追踪市场趋势，管理及推动产品设计开发，数据化解决方案设计开发以及店铺界面和功能优化。与内部和外部伙伴协作，设立明确运营KPI，刺激销售收入增长。

工作内容：

• 您会负责为上海迪士尼度假区以及相关整合平台，如天猫，飞猪等，提供全方位的店铺运营解决方案。
• 您需要管理平台\TP\平台自营在内的相关服务商和合作伙伴，精准执行，不断优化运营效率。
• 您需要通过提供专业的电子商务运营计划，并严格执行长期和短期的预算管理以及持续改进流程，进而在与各整合平台的关键业务决策中扮演极其重要的角色，促进销售收入增长；
• 您需要在工作中要敢于发现问题以及增长机会.
• 您需要通过与内部以及外部的伙伴紧密协作沟通，不断提升上海迪士尼度假区旗舰店以及相关整合平台的转化率.
• 您将在日常的运营当中需要同时拥有创新和持续改进的精神。

我们希望您：

• 具备本科学历并拥有5年以上工作经验，其中包括1-3年的电子商务运营工作经验；
• 拥有管理销售运营以及渠道营销经验优先。
• 拥有管理以及促进数据化解决方案开发经验优先；
• 熟练掌握量性分析和运营建模；
• 责任感突出，能够在期限内完成多项工作，并能在较少监督的情况下准确履行工作职责；
• 适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门，能够在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作；

Job Summary:

We are seeking candidates who can provide Ecommerce operation expertise and critical support for Shanghai Disney Resort and other integrated platforms, driving the product development, digital development and consumer-facing storefront optimization, working closely with partners both internal and externally to set KPIs that can contribute to drive revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the overall store operation for the selective Shanghai Disney Resorts’ stores and other integrated platforms including but not limited to Tmall and Fliggy
• You shall manage the platform, TP and platform trade to improve operation skill and closely monitor the routine execution accuracy.
• You are required to play a critical role in initiating and implementing E-commerce plan for business development, covering short and long-term cooperation with platforms to drive up business growth.
• You are required to identify gaps & opportunities.
• You shall work with both internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions that would influence the efficiency and effectiveness of conversion in the selective Shanghai Disney Resort’s flagship stores and other platforms.
• You shall have both Innovation and Continuously Improvement in mind.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree above with at the least 5 years of working experience and 1-3 years of experience in managing or work as part of the team operating ecommerce stores.
• Experiences of management of sales operations and trade marketing programs is a plus.
• Experiences in driving digital development is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and modeling;
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a multi-national company;
• Demonstrated strong curiosity and desire to learn;
• Enthusiasm for the entertainment and travel industries;
• Fluent in spoken and written both Mandarin and English.
