职位介绍：

助理市场经理将以消费者洞察和业务需求为导向，发展整合的市场计划，增强消费者的热爱度。该岗位将专注于上海迪士尼度假区品牌推广业务线，策划、执行各类市场计划和活动以达成推广目的，并实现上海迪士尼度假区的访客量目标和营收目标。

该岗位需具备优秀的市场分析、创意策划及项目管理能力。同时，该岗位在需要时也将支持其它项目。此岗位将直接汇报给市场经理，并在上海办公。

工作内容：

• 领导制定营销计划和活动策略，持续推广上海迪士尼度假区的品牌形象，包括全年策略框架、主题活动方案、内容营销创作与推广、消费者互动、社交媒体宣传；
• 独立跟进市场部主题活动落地，与跨功能团队合作，确保项目有序推进；
• 和跨职能团队保持有效沟通，确保战略方向的一致性，为推动业务和品牌增长开拓新机会。

我们希望您：

• 5年以上相关经验；
• 四年制大学学历；
• 敏锐的战略思维，具有商业头脑，有对趋势、挑战和机遇进行分析和解读的能力；
• 优秀的时间管理与项目管理能力；
• 卓越的表达沟通能力，能够影响同级别的合作伙伴并推进项目执行。需要与跨部门业务团队：娱乐演出，餐饮团队，商品团队，酒店团队及市场部其他团队进行有效沟通和影响；
• 熟练掌握演示文稿书写，可结合策略思考、创意执行组织具有故事性的市场推广计划；
• 优秀的中英文书写、沟通能力。

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

The associate marketing manager will support the development of marketing plans based on consumer insights and business objectives to drive brand awareness, affinity. To achieve planned visitation and revenue goals for Shanghai Disney Resort, this role will focus on promoting Shanghai Disney Resort brand image through themed campaign development and implentation.

This role will exhibit strong marketing analysis, strategic planning and project management skills to deliver results. In addition, this position will support other SHDR projects as needed. This position will report to Marketing Manager and will base in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of makerting plan and activations inicitives to contiously promote Shanghai Disney Resort brand image, including annual plan, themed campaign plan, consumer engagement, social communication, etc;
• Independently execute marketing campaigns and projects, working with cross-functional teams to proceed the project in an orderly way;
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent strategic direction and quality delivery of the plan. Explore new opportunities to drive business and brand growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years above of directly related experience;
• 4 year college degree;
• Sharp strategic thinking, solid business acumen, having an advanced ability to sort and interpret key industry trends, challenges and opportunities;
• Strong time mangament and project management skills;
• Excellent communication skills, being able to lead and influence peer level partners to support the projects. Requires extensive communication skills across the organization such Entertainment, Food and beverage, Merch, Hotel, etc.
• Good marketing stories creation skills, being able to incorporate both strategic thinking and creative ideas into one storytelling markeing plan.
• Refined Mandarin and English writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills;
