作为信审分析员，您的主要职责是协助完成公司内部信用审查工作以及监控合作企业的财务状况，以确保上海迪士尼度假区国内外的合作企业的信用风险能被有效识别且缓释。您将协助团队进行企业背景调查，负责公开竞标企业的财务资格预审，评估并管理风险缓释工具，并撰写基础信用分析报告，通过选择信誉良好的合作伙伴，帮助上海迪士尼度假区能实现稳定的业务增长。

工作内容：

• 协助对合作企业的最新背景信息、产品、项目经验、经营规模及多样性的在线搜索及调查工作，以便完成该企业的信用打分卡及信用评级审核；
• 负责对合作企业进行财务分析和持续性的风险监控，撰写基础信用分析报告并总结合作企业的经营表现和财务状况，以便于对其进行审批并提出降低信用风险的建议；
• 负责审核参与公开招标的竞标企业的财务资格预审；
• 负责日常管理、审核和执行风险缓释工具，比如银行保函、履约保函、公司担保等；
• 定期进行应收账款账龄分析以监控合作企业的应收账款回款状况及风险敞口；
• 负责信审团队的日常行政工作，包括订制第三方信用报告，整理并维护合作企业的审核记录等。

我们希望您：

• 本科或硕士，金融或会计相关专业优先；
• 拥有至少2-3年跨国公司相关工作经验，银行、审计、信用保险或信用评级公司工作经验者优先；
• 较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力；
• 较强的研究及调查能力；
• 较强的工作灵活性和适应能力，能适应快节奏工作环境；
• 有上进心、积极主动，有自信；
• 优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力；
• 熟练掌握办公应用软件，如Excel和PowerPoint。

Job Summary:

As a Credit Analyst, your primary duty is to  assist in in-house credit management and monitoring the  financial position of Shanghai Disney Resort counterparties locally and globally, to ensure their credit risks are effectively identified and mitigated.  You will need to support corporate background checks, conduct pre-qualification review in public tendering, evaluate and manage risk mitigation vehicles, and draft light credit review report, enabling Shanghai Disney Resort to achieve business growth in coordination with creditworthy counterparties.    

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research and investigation of assigned counterparties’ latest background information, products, experiences, operating scale and diversifications, to facilitate credit scorecard population and credit rating classification;
• Perform financial analysis and on-going monitoring on assigned counterparties’ credit risk, and draft light credit review report by summarizing key points of operating status and financial position, to facilitate credit approvals and risk mitigation vehicles proposals;
• Perform pre-qualification reviews on bidders participating in the public tendering;
• Conduct daily management, review, and execution of risk mitigation vehicles, such as bank guarantee, performance bond, corporate guarantee, etc.;
• Conduct regular  Accounts Receivable aging analysis, monitor the receivables collection status and risk exposure of counterparties;
• Be in charge of the credit management daily administrative works, including customizing 3rd party credit report placement, managing tracking log, and maintaining all counterparties’ credit review record.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above (major in Finance or Accounting is preferred);
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in multinational corporations, working experiences with banks, auditing firms, credit insurance or credit rating companies is a plus;
• Strong data analytical skills and logical thinking;
• Good research and investigation ability;
• Flexible and embracing diversity of job tasks, able to work under a fast-paced environment ;
• Highly-motivated, self-starter, and confident;
• Excellent in written and verbal English skills;
• Proficiency in PC skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
