工作内容:

  • 针对迪士尼会议及活动、迪士尼童话婚礼、迪士尼青少年活动等商业解决方案的项目需求,与多部门协同,发掘营销机会,领导制定营销及活动宣传计划,寻求能够促进销售转化的整体性营销解决方案;
  • 根据上海迪士尼度假区的全年销售目标和策略,参照消费者洞察,与渠道销售协作,领导制订高效的线上及线下的渠道营销策略,并确保计划高效执行。借助高效的媒体投放及整合营销工具,促进渠道销售转化;
  • 推动营销数据分析及优化;
  • 线下渠道推广活动、路演、渠道合作伙伴答谢会等各类活动的策划与执行。多部门多层级沟通,确保迪士尼演出的成功;
  • 结合上海迪士尼度假区的季节性活动及新产品推广,推动销售渠道制定并执行相应营销计划,提升消费者体验;
  • 确保迪士尼知识产权及形象在渠道的正确使用,提供必要的培训支持,坚持保护与强化迪士尼的品牌,保卫迪士尼神奇;
  • 依据销售渠道特性及其需求,管理制定高效的渠道沟通物料;
  • 管理渠道的营销预算及使用进程。进行有效的投资回报管理,确保投入收益最大化;
  • 管理第三方供应商, 优化资源;
  • 与内外各团队紧密配合,与跨部门管理层进行及时、充分的沟通,推动目标达成。

我们希望您:

  • 拥有本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、新闻传播或相关专业;
  • 拥有至少5-7年工作经验,5年市场营销相关(内容营销、活动策划、整合营销、媒体投放及管理、品牌营销、社交媒体或直播运营等)工作经验和技能;

  • 具备出色的项目管理的工作经验和技能;面对不同类型和层级的内外团队,寻找合作的双赢点,具备出色的说服力和影响力;

Job Summary:

As an Associate Manager in the Distribution Marketing Team, this role primarily involves supporting the development of marketing strategies for sales distribution channels and leading the creation of comprehensive marketing plans tailored to various sales channels. The responsibilities also include maintaining brand reputation and driving sales conversion. It requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, channel attributes, and advantages in order to identify marketing opportunities within the channels. The development of customized marketing plans for different channels includes but not limited to: Disney meetings and events; Disney Youth Program; Disney Fairytale Wedding; media investment strategies and optimization; seasonal event promotion; exhibitions or offline events; new product promotions; design and management of marketing materials; management of Disney's intellectual property and images within sales channels, as well as related training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer to the commercial and marketing needs of Disney meetings and events, Disney Fairytale Weddings and Disney Youth Program, collaborate with multiple departments to uncover marketing opportunities, lead the development of marketing and communications plans, and seek comprehensive marketing solutions that can drive sales conversions;
  • Based on the annual sales targets and strategies of Shanghai Disney Resort, and in reference to consumer insights, collaborate with channel sales to lead the development of effective online and offline channel marketing strategies, and to ensure efficient plan execution. Leverage efficient media investment and integrated marketing tools to drive channel sales conversion;
  • Drive marketing data analysis and optimization;
  • Plan and execute various offline channel promotion activities, roadshows, partner appreciation events, etc. Effective communication with multi-department and multi-level stakeholders to ensure the success of Disney Shows;
  • Develop sales channels marketing plans to promote seasonal activities and new products, and to enhance consumer experience;
  • Ensure the correct usage of Disney's intellectual property and image in channels, provide necessary training support, uphold the protection and reinforcement of the Disney brand, safeguarding the Disney Magic;
  • Manage and develop efficient communication materials based on the characteristics and needs of different sales channels;
  • Oversee channel marketing budgets and utilization processes, manage the investment and maximize ROI;
  • Manage third-party suppliers, optimizing resources;
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, timely engagement with cross-department leaders to drive desired results.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, journalism, or related fields;
  • Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in marketing-related roles (including content marketing, event planning, integrated marketing, media buying and management, brand marketing, social media, or live streaming operations), demonstrating proficiency in relevant skills;
  • Demonstrate outstanding project management experience and skills; able to collaborate with diverse internal and external teams, identify win-win solutions, and exhibit persuasive and influential abilities;
  • Display foresight and resilience in problem-solving, creatively addressing complex issues;
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities;
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as exceptional public speaking abilities;
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism and confidence;
  • Have outstanding learning abilities and a spirit of teamwork.
