作为助理经理,旅游业销售,区域销售团队成员,您将负责通过增强现有业务和识别新的商机完成既定销售目标,包含但不仅限于乐园访客量,酒店间夜,营销活动和其他推动区域销售增长的相关指标,同时还将参与新业务项目的开发、策划和执行,日常中,您将更多承担作为一名客户资源管理和新业务开发的身份,参与针对现有客户的各种销售策略讨论,销售行动制定及实施。

您还须协助渠道销售经理制定渠道销售战略,追踪旅游、商务市场趋势,管理渠道合作伙伴与上海迪士尼度假区之间的商业关系,跟踪合作伙伴业绩表现,驱动销售收入增长。

工作内容:

客户管理

  • 通过对现有签约旅行社客户的日常管理及销售行动,完成或超越既定的销售收入目标;
  • 作为客户管理者,您需要深入探索现有客户的商业潜力,并根据发现的商机制定销售策略、行动计划、促销手段,以达到该客户在上海迪士尼度假区产出的最大化,并拉动本地消费群体在乐园的整体占比;
  • 紧密跟踪合作伙伴销售业绩的表现,通过执行有效的行动计划以确保完成销售目标;
  • 维护主要合作伙伴的商业关系,并采取阶段性、季节性的销售行动及合作伙伴的培训工作;
  • 收集相关的商业数据,追踪市场发展趋势并抓住业务机会;

新客户开发

  • 在指定区域范围内做好客户开发前期的审核工作,并主要负责旅游行业客户的维护和深度开发,同时也参与会奖、商务团队生意的开发工作,且做好日常与BS&E团队的沟通与协作;

项目管理

  • 负责项目策划、组织、实施与进度监控; 沟通协调项目团队成员、领导和确保项目成功交付

  • 大学本科学历以上;7年以上相关行业工作经验;
  • 具备独立开拓市场能力、优秀的商务拓展能力、良好的商务谈判和影响力
  • 具有优秀的项目及时间管理能力、解决问题的能力和执行力,注重细节
  • 具备较强的计划,组织,协调和与内外部跨团队合作的能力
  • 优秀的中英文口语、写作及演讲能力
  • 较强的商业敏感度、市场洞察力和数字分析能力
  • 自我驱动,快速学习,务实有责任感,能在较少监督时正确、高效履行工作职责

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our sales team, to help us to grow market share and increase brand awareness.

As Associate Manager, Travel Trade Sales, you will be responsible for exploring existing and new opportunities to achieve the stated KPI(s), including admission, room nights, trade marketing activities, and other related indicators in the responsible area.

The candidate must be able to critique and advise Sales and TTS, work closely with Business Development Strategy, and support sustainable business growth. She or he will also be tasked with supporting Manager TTS in developing and executing the business development strategy and identify the latest trends in responsible markets and drive third-party channel development that matches the needs of evolving consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Drive contracted travel trade accounts and responsible market to achieve sales and revenue target;
  • As account manager to explore business potential of contract Travel Trade partners, initial sales plans or seasonal campaigns to maximize revenue from responsible market;
  • Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production, come up with effective sales plan and actions taken to secure business opportunities;
  • Build up and maintain a business relationship with in assigned sales areas and conduct periodic sales visits / product education to trade partners’ frontline sales;
  • Prepare reports, updated account information, and market intelligence and assist Manager to explore new opportunities in assigned sales areas;

New Business Development

  • Pre-qualify and develop potential business partner and majority in Travel Trade, also involve MICE and Corporate leads generation from assigned territory, and closely work with BS&E team to maximize revenue conversion;

Project Management

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire project from inception to completion, this role will encompass strategic planning, decision-making, and overall project coordination

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above; At least 7 years’ working experience in relevant industry;
  • Excellent business development skills, strong in business negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills, problem solving ability and execution, attention to detail;
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external cross-team;
  • Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English;
  • Strong business sensitivity and data analysis ability;
  • Self-driven, quick learner, pragmatic and responsible, able to perform job duties correctly and efficiently with little supervision;
  • Initiative, energetic, able to work under certain pressure and results-oriented.
