职责：
财务经理将作为华特迪士尼幻想工程（WDI）财务团队的一员，负责支持上海迪士尼度假区内所有由WDI管理的“迪士尼体验”类项目。
 

该职位需通过严谨的财务分析、决策支持与领导力，成为若干上海迪士尼度假区（SHDR）项目的首选业务智囊伙伴。核心职责包括：

主导资本项目的财务运营，包括分工人员配置计划、预算管理及财务跟踪； 与项目团队紧密协作，支持项目支出、管控财务趋势、预测项目风险并推动财务价值提升； 建立并执行财务控制流程，确保公司政策及相关法规的合规性； 在财务团队内部及与关键项目、运营、业务部门利益相关方之间开展协作，确保决策基于财务的及时性与准确性； 基于对主题娱乐业务的理解与洞察，主动发现问题并提出以解决方案为导向的建议，以影响关键决策； 以有说服力且及时的方式，向合作方及管理层传达清晰、简洁的思路与信息； 在团队中树立榜样并发挥领导力，营造学习型环境，推动持续改进，分享最佳实践，并鼓励参与团队建设与业务学习机会； 项目初期可能需要频繁或长时间的出差。
该职位向财务高级经理汇报。

任职要求：
• 对学习、参与并持续改进主题娱乐业务充满好奇心；
• 至少5年财务计划与分析、开发或运营财务相关领域的工作经验；
• 商业、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历，学业成绩优异；
• 能在快节奏、动态环境中蓬勃发展，并同时管理多项优先任务；
• 既注重细节，又能保持宏观视角；
• 具备出色的问题解决、决策制定及持续流程改进能力；
• 在领导力、伙伴关系、协作与影响力方面表现突出；
• 能够根据受众特点精准调整沟通内容与方式；
• 具备扎实的技术能力，熟悉财务系统与软件，并能快速学习并应用新技能与技术；
• 具备优秀的中英文书面与口头沟通能力。

Role: Manager, Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manager, Finance role will be part of the Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) Finance team, supporting all WDI-managed Disney Experience projects in Shanghai Disney Resort.

This position requires being a leading business thought partner of choice by providing sound financial analyses, decision support and leadership for several Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) projects.  Key elements of this role include:

Lead financial operations for capital projects, including division-of-work staffing plan, budget management, and financial tracking Engage with project team to support project spending, manage financial trending, forecast project risks, and drive financial value Ensure that financial control processes are in place to guarantee compliance of company policies and relevant regulations Collaborate among finance teams and with key project, operations, and segment stakeholders to ensure decisions based on financial timeliness and accuracy Proactively identify issues and offering solution-oriented recommendations to influence key decisions based on understanding and insights of the themed entertainment business Communicate clear and concise thoughts and information to partners and leaders in a persuasive and timely manner Be a role model and leader among the team, by creating a learning environment, challenging continuous improvement, sharing best practices, and encouraging participation in team building and business learning opportunities This role may require frequent and/or prolonged travels during early phases of projects

This position reports to Senior Manager, Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Curiosity in learning, partaking, and improving themed entertainment business
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, development or operations finance related area
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or other related field with top academic achievement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated an attention to detail, while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills
• Demonstrated success as an effective leader, partner, collaborator and influencer
• Strong capability to tailor messages appropriately to audience
• Demonstrated strong technical skills with knowledge of financial systems and software with the ability to learn and apply new skills and techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin language
