作为上海迪士尼度假区的学习与发展顾问，您将扮演关键角色，助力管理层及HRBP团队的能力提升。您需要将复杂的组织发展（OD）理论转化为可落地的策略，推动组织效能升级，确保迪士尼持续为游客在创造神奇体验。

工作内容：

在该职位中，您将负责设计和实施培训计划，帮助管理者和HRBP掌握组织发展（OD）技能。您将担任内部顾问的角色，诊断组织问题、设计解决方案并推动这些解决方案的落地应用。您独立工作的能力以及领导小型项目的能力，对于推动这些计划取得成功至关重要。

• 通过培训、工具及指南，提升管理层和HRBP的组织发展意识与实践能力。
• 将OD方法论转化为适用于管理层的实用内容、工具及行动清单。
• 协同业务管理者及HRBP分析组织结构、管理层级与角色分工。
• 作为内部OD顾问推动项目落地与复盘。
• 联动内外部资源，持续优化OD方法论与案例库，支持组织能力长期建设。

我们希望您：

• 精通组织发展、设计及管理培训，擅长将OD理论转化为实用工具。
• 拥有与管理层及HRBP深度协作的经验。
• 拥有3-6年内部OD、组织设计、咨询或HRBP相关经验。
• 具备完整课程或解决方案设计经验，包括培训和工作坊开发。
• 具备引导式咨询技能，能通过结构化提问推动思维转变与变革落地。

优先资质：

• 有为管理层或HRBP设计课程、手册、工具包或操作指南的经验。
• 咨询公司组织/人才/领导发展项目经验优先。

Job Summary:

As a Learning & Development Consultant at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our management and HRBP teams. Your expertise in organizational development (OD) will be pivotal in transforming complex OD theories into actionable strategies that drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role is essential in ensuring that Disney continues to deliver magical experiences.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that empower managers and HRBPs with OD skills. You will act as an internal consultant, diagnosing organizational issues, designing solutions, and facilitating the application of these solutions. Your ability to work independently and lead small projects will be critical in driving the success of these initiatives.

• Enhance OD awareness and practice capabilities of managers and HRBPs through training, tools, and guides.
• Translate OD methodologies into practical content, tools, and action lists for managers.
• Analyze organizational structure, management levels, and role distribution in collaboration with business managers and HRBPs.
• Act as an internal OD consultant to drive project implementation and review.
• Work with internal and external partners to continuously refine OD methodologies and case studies to support long-term organizational capability building.

What To Bring:

• Skilled in organizational development, design, and management training.
• Proficient in translating OD theories into practical tools and guidelines.
• Experience in collaborating deeply with managers and HRBPs.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in internal OD, organizational design, consulting, or HRBP roles.
• Experience in consulting firms working on organizational, talent, or leadership projects.
• Experience in designing training or workshops, including complete course/solution design.
• Consultative facilitation skills, capable of driving thought and change through structured questioning and guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing courses, manuals, toolkits, or playbooks for managers or HRBPs.
• New org set-up or change management during company expansion phases is preferred.
