• 您将制定和维护项目计划，时间表和采购流程；
• 您将监督项目进度，负责所有相关的物流安排；
• 您将协调项目活动，确保项目成员了解他们的职责和时间截至点；
• 您将定期与项目的利益相关者沟通，以提供有关项目状态的更新；
• 您将组织项目会议，包括准备会议议程，记录会议纪要和跟踪项目行动项；
• 您将确保项目文档的完成，准确，实时更新，及时传达给相关团队并妥善存档；
• 您将定期向管理团队汇报项目状态，包括制作进度，进度表，识别潜在的风险或问题；
• 您将协调排练和活动期间所有的现场协调；

• 拥有商业，管理或相关专业的本科学历；
• 拥有项目协调或相关领域三年或以上工作经验；
• 较强的组织和时间管理能力；
• 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力；
• 作为团队的一员能够独立工作；
• 熟练使用项目管理软件和微软办公软件；
• 普通话流利，良好的英语听说读写能力；
• 如果需要，需要上夜班和出差到项目现场；
• 这个职位可能需要长时间坐着或站立，以及一些轻微的举起（高达20磅）。

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for ensuring all documentation and deliverables for each stage of the Production process are submitted and appropriately archived;
• You will collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, schedule, and deliverables;
• You will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and procurement process;
• You will monitor project progress, responsible for all related logistic arrangement;
• You will coordinate project activities and ensure that project team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines;
• You will communicate with project stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project status;
• You will facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items;
• You will be ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, up-to-date, cascaded to relevant parties and archived properly;
• You will provide regular reports to management on project status, including schedule, fabrication progress and identify potential risks or issues;
• You will assist in all in-field coordination for rehearsals and events.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
• Fluency in Mandarin and good command of spoken and written English;
• Ability to work night shifts and travel to project sites if required.
• This position may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as some light lifting (up to 20lbs).
