职位介绍

作为资深活动专员，您将为活动经理提供支持，为度假区范围内的各类活动的成功举办提供服务，全情投入于各个类型活动的前期准备以及执行工作。同时，需要与内部和外部的各个部门紧密合作以确保为游客提供更优质的体验并达成业务目标。

工作内容：

• 您将负责协助组织或协调各项品牌主题活动，包含且不仅限于“奇跑迪士尼”项目、首映礼及电影发行相关活动、企业联盟伙伴合作活动等；
• 您将为各项公司活动的协调工作和流程管理提供支持。整合上海迪士尼度假区各相关运营部门的工作，协调内外部组织的工作，保证活动顺利开展；
• 您需要支持准备项目介绍和相关材料来支持各类活动的执行，并以此来推动各业务部门对活动的合作和整合；
• 您将参与跨部门会议和讨论，并且协助制定和追踪行动计划和任务信息更新，以确保活动的成功举办；
• 您需要为各类特别活动的方案整合提供支持和协助执行；
• 您需要完成领导安排的其他工作。

我们希望您：

• 拥有本科学历及以上；
• 具备至少3年在活动管理、运营管理及咨询、应变管理或相关领域的工作经验及，具备良好的跨国公司工作经验；
• 具备高效的沟通和表达能力；
• 具备组织跨部门会议和讨论的经验；
• 具备系统化处理矢量的基本数据和/或信息的能力；
• 英语和中文，听说读写流利；
• 出色的人际，沟通和展示技巧，擅长团队工作；
• 有能力在多元文化和高压环境下工作；
• 根据项目的时间表合理、有序的安排工作；
• 以主动，积极，正面的方式思考，并不断推进直至项目的最终完成；
• 具备突出的计算机技能，包括但不限于Excel、Microsoft Word、PowerPoint和Outlook。

Job Summary:

As a Senior Specialist, Events, you will provide support to the Events Manager to deliver successful events across the Resort-wide. It needs fully engagement and concentration to ensure the pre-planning and execution of all types of events. Also, need to closely work with both internal and external partners to improve the guest experience and support achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support the management and coordination of various themed brand events, including but not limited to the Disney Inspiration Run project, premieres, and movie related events, Corporate Alliance partnership events;
• You will support the coordination and process management of various corporate events. Integrate the work of all relevant operational departments at Shanghai Disney Resort and coordinate the work of internal and external organizations to ensure the smooth running of events;
• You need to assist the preparation of project presentations and related materials to support the execution of special events, and in doing so, facilitate the collaboration and integration of events across business units;
• You will participate cross-departmental meetings and discussions, and develop and track action plans and task information updates to ensure the success of the event;
• You will be required to provide support and execution assistance for the integration of programs for various special events;
• You will be required to perform other tasks as assigned by your leader.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above;
• At least 3 years of working experience in event management, operations management or consulting, change management or other similar areas with a good understanding of practices at Multinational Companies in China;
• Ability to present complicated ideas in simple ways;
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings and workshops;
• Ability to organize a massive number of basic data and/or information in a systematic way;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and a good team player;
• Ability to work in a diverse cultural and high-pressure environment;
• Ability to prioritize the work under a tight timeline;
• Proactive, positive, forward-thinking, goal-oriented;
• Possess strong computer skills, including but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
