作为娱乐演出整合经理，您将负责整合多个业务线，团队和计划，包括策划和执行上海迪士尼度假区娱乐演出部门内的各项活动。

工作内容：

• 您将通过管理复杂的跨职能项目、未来规划以支持娱乐演出部门领导团队； 与内部和外部合作方合作，制定项目计划并推动其完成；
• 您将主动领导正在进行中的流程管理，并确保所有娱乐演出部门和上海迪士尼度假区其他部门之间整合工作顺利开展；
• 您将与娱乐演出部领导层合作确认并制定娱乐演出部门的长期产品计划。 管理短期，中期和长期的里程碑，以确保按时做出适当的决策；
• 您将与娱乐演出部门领导一起确定面临的挑战/运营需求和最佳实践计划，通过分析和战略思维及计划支持以推动实施改进计划；
• 您将为推动娱乐演出部门和其他部门之间的协同整合，根据需要创建，整理和准备演讲材料以支持新举措的推动；
• 您将协助、组织跨职能讨论会和会议，通过制定、跟进行动方案和常规更新以确保成功交付项目成果；
• 您将支持未来娱乐演出部门新表演的策划、推进、排练和开幕计划的开发和执行；
• 您将代表娱乐演出部整合和协调各业务线的工作，以支持上海迪士尼度假区的各项重要活动 （如季节性活动、市场营销活动...）；
• 您将通过预测项目需求、管理团队工作的优先级、响应突发状况和新项目、委派项目、监督项目的执行和运营以确保日常运营的顺利开展。

Job Summary:
As Manager, Entertainment Integration, you will be responsible for integrating multiple lines of business, teams and initiatives, including schedule and process activities within Shanghai Disney Resort Entertainment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support entertainment leadership team by managing complex, cross-functional projects or initiatives; work with internal and external stakeholders to develop project plans and drive to completion;
• You will proactively lead process management of initiatives in progress and ensure integration across all Entertainment and Shanghai Disney Resort functions;
• You will partner with Entertainment leadership in identification of needs and development of the Entertainment long-term product plan to address those needs.
  Manage short, mid and long-term milestones to ensure appropriate decisions happen on schedule;
• You will work with Entertainment leadership to identify challenges and operational needs and best practices, support with analysis and strategic thinking and planning, and drive efforts to implement improvement plans;
• You will develop, organize and prepare presentation materials as needed to support initiatives in order to drive collaboration, integration among Entertainment teams and other Lines of Business;
• You will facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings, and develop and follow through on action plans and regular updates to ensure successful delivery;
• You will support the development and execution of integrated development, mounting, rehearsal and opening plans for future entertainment offerings;
• You will represent Entertainment to support all key Shanghai Disney Resort events by integrating and coordinating all relevant teams' efforts. (i.e. seasonal events, marketing campaigns...) ;
• You will ensure smooth operations by foreseeing project needs, managing priorities among teams, adapting to unplanned situations or initiatives, delegating projects, monitoring implementation and operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• Proven strong project and program management experience with strong organizational;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Strong interpersonal, written, presentation and communication skills;
• Proven ability to influence, facilitate, collaborate, and consult at various levels of the organization;
• Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, time management;
• Demonstrated exceptional relationship and partnering skills while leveraging resources appropriately;
• Ability to leverage data or feedback to develop and communicate a compelling business case and rationale;
• Demonstrated critical thinking, strategic planning, and process management skills;
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Proactive, positive, forward thinking, and goal-oriented team player;
• Demonstrated understanding of entertainment operations and production.
