作为商品运营的商品渠道规划专员，需要协助商品渠道计划员，与产品开发、收益管理团队紧密合作策划市场的销售策略，包括乐园的商品发展蓝图、战略以及产品组合计划，满足消费者的需求并与公司商业战略一致，为最终达到收益目标，实现销售额增长及收益。

工作内容：

• 您将根据每个销售点每个商品品类的年度财务计划及销售预测，协助商品销售计划的实行；
• 您将与团队伙伴合作探寻商业机遇；
• 您将跟踪区域特定品类的销售状况，协助分析市场需求的变化；分析和预测商品的销售情况和库存情况；
• 您将协助提高财务收益，并提升顾客购物体验；
• 您将根据项目进程及时间安排，实施渠道规划，并与相关方保持良好沟通；
• 您将协助分析销售趋势，持续分析验证店铺陈列空间的产出效率；
• 您将协助回顾商品战略计划的实施效果；
• 您将与运营团队和视觉陈列团队合作，以确保商品渠道战略规划的执行；
• 您将实施陈列计划流程，执行战略决策；
• 您将协助准备销售报表，参与与协作团队的现场巡店工作；
• 您将与店铺运营团队合作，保证相关数据的真实性及完整性；
• 您将协助分析周报，月报，并实施改善计划来促进销售；
• 您将协助各类财务指标的跟踪分析，最终达到或超出预期的财务目标。

• 拥有本科或以上学历，专业与商业有关优先；
• 拥有3-5年零售相关的工作经验优先；
• 能够系统化地、独立地开展工作并展现出极高的成熟度；
• 具备敏锐的组织洞察力，展现出良好的人际交往能力以及和利益相关者建立信任关系的能力；
• 具备同时处理多种业务需求，判断竞争优先级和时间管理的能力；
• 具备能够积极主动解决问题的能力；
• 具备审慎处理机密信息的能力；
• 具备良好的中英文书面、演讲和口头交流的沟通技能；
• 能够支持周末工作；熟练使用微软办公软件(如：Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)。

Job Summary:

As Location Planning Specialist, you will assist in Location Planners and work closely with product development and revenue management teams to drive the go-to-market strategies, which include the merchandising vision, strategy and assortment plan for all product lines for the theme park, and drives it to achieve revenue goals, sales growth and profit through a consumer focused strategy with alignment to company business direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will help with developing and maintaining financial plans for Annual Operating Plan and Forecast for each product category at each location;
• You will work with team partners to identify and validate business opportunities;
• You will associate tracking area specific assortment needs and changes; analysis and forecasting by SKU level;
• You will assist in improving financial performance and enhancing guest shopping experience;
• You will execute location projects according to process and timelines and communicate with all stakeholders;
• You will continually help with validating area space productivity through trend analysis;
• You will assist in preparing performance recap of all strategies executed;
• You will collaborate with Operations and Visual Merchandisers to ensure merchandise strategies are validated;
• You will execute floor set process based on strategies;
• You will help with preparing sales report and facilitate location visits with strategic partners;
• You will partner with Store Operations to ensure area data integrity;
• You will help with reviewing weekly and monthly reporting and implementing action plans to enhance business results;
• You will assist in financial variables to achieve or exceed financial goals.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in business is preferred;
• Possess 3-5 years of working experiences in Retail industry is preferred;
• Able to finish work systematically and independently with high maturity level;
• Possess organizational insight and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust relationships with stakeholders;
• Able to handle multiple demands, judge competing priorities, and manage time;
• Able to be proactive in solving problems;
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion;
• Good Mandarin and English writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills;
• Able to work in weekend shifts;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office softwares (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
