职位介绍：

作为实习生，渠道营销，您的主要职责是协助渠道营销团队的日常工作及各类型营销项目的顺利执行。您将会有机会参与到制定针对各营销渠道（包含并不限于大型线上旅行平台及电商平台）的营销解决方案中，提升品牌知晓度及销售转化。

工作内容：

· 协助业务合作伙伴管理和审核渠道创意素材，包括品牌IP管理及渠道营销内容审阅；

· 协助并参与线上渠道营销活动执行，包括并不限于内容撰写和优化，调整演示文稿格式，KOL选择等；

· 协助线下渠道营销项目落实，包括渠道物料设计、制作发放，库存管理，使用审核等；

· 管理渠道礼品及辅助销售物料的使用，优化流程；

· 支持完成团队内部流程，例如合同，采购订单，收货，盖章申请等；

· 其他临时任务和项目支持。

我们希望您：

· 每周至少有4天出勤，并且可能持续6个月或更长时间，全职优先；

· 市场营销及旅游管理相关专业优先；

· 必须具备良好的沟通能力和英语听说读写能力；

· 注重细节，同时富有创意；

· 培训后能够独立完成工作；

· 能够处理多项任务，同时灵活地应对变化；

· 具有团队合作精神；

· 熟练掌握办公软件，尤其是在PPT和Excel；

· 具有项目管理和创意开发经验者优先。

Intern, Distribution Marketing

Line of Business: Sales

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As an Intern, Distribution Marketing, you will support the team on execution of distribution marketing projects and day-to-day operational tasks. You will have a chance to participate in developing revenue-driving marketing solutions across various trade channels, including but not limited to major Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms, e-commerce platforms, etc., to boost brand awareness and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with managing and reviewing creative assets for business partners, including branding and IP management and proof reading of the marketing material coming from trade;

· Support and participate in the execution of various online Distribution Marketing campaigns, including but now limited to content development and refinement, tweak and the refinement of presentations, and KOL selection etc.;

· Assist with the execution of offline events, including channel Point of Sales Materials (POSM) design and production, distribution, inventory management and performance review etc.;

· Manage channel giveaways and POSMs, including improvement to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);

· Fulfill daily operational works such as contract signing, purchase order, goods receipt, chop requests etc.;

· Other ad-hoc tasks and duties.

Desired Qualifications:

· At least 4 days availability per week and could last 6 months or more, full-time preferred;

· Marketing and travel management majors preferred;

· Good communication and English proficiency in both written and spoken is a must;

· Detail oriented while being creative;

· Be able to work independently after coaching;

· Be able to deal with multitask while flexible dealing with changes;

· A team player;

· Good command of Microsoft skills especially in PPT and Excel;

· Experience in project management and creative development is a plus.
