助理采购经理将作为团队成员之一负责供应商开发及采购工作，侧重客户管理、类别管理和供应商管理，来支持上海迪士尼度假区。 该职位将与其它供应商开发专员一起工作，负责合作和支持上海供应商开发倡议，在不影响商业策略和表现的前提下实现价值。

助理采购经理将加入跨职能团队，负责制订并执行战略供应商开发的方案并与优选供应商签订契约。该职位将实施竞标，管理供应商关系，与客户和利益相关方合作，还将负责鉴别并获取成本削减。

助理采购经理将不断改进公司的采购，通过鉴别并领导相关部门来支付流程，降低周期、改善客户服务并提高效率。

工作内容：

• 理解并协助供应商的绩效管理方案的开发和执行，注重品质、响应能力和成本；
• 评估全部成本和供应分析以鉴别机会来实现最大价值；
• 准备并开展清晰而有条理的预定义战略供应商开发方式后的谈判工作；
• 根据预先确定的挑选标准来评估供应商的适合度；
• 确保遵守供应商开发和采购的政策和最佳惯例；
• 不断评估市场条件并制定供应商开发战略，最大化对公司的价值；
• 参加跨组织的符合内部客户要求的供应商开发项目；
• 与管理层沟通并汇报任何可能影响规划和决策的关键外部关系；
• 分析市场营销行业影响内部利益相关方和外部供应商及/或价格的趋势和条件；
• 参与专业开发活动来了解目前行业的最佳惯例；
• 始终表现卓越的工作操守和道德。

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Specialist will be a part of a team responsible for Sourcing & Procurement activities, with a focus on client management, category management, and supplier management, in support of the Shanghai Disney Resort. This individual will work alongside other Sourcing Specialists and will be accountable for partnering on and supporting Shanghai sourcing initiatives that achieve value without compromising business strategy and performance.

The Sourcing Specialist will participate on cross-functional teams responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing programs and contractual arrangements with preferred suppliers. This individual will perform bids, manage supplier relationships, work closely with Clients and Stakeholders and will be responsible for identifying and capturing cost savings.

The Senior Sourcing Specialist/Manger will continuously improve the Company’s procure to pay process by identifying and leading efforts with affected departments to reduce cycle times, improve customer service and enhance efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance management programs with suppliers that focus on quality, responsiveness and cost;
• Evaluate total cost/supply analyses to identify opportunities to achieve optimal value;
• Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations following pre-defined Strategic Sourcing methodology;
• Evaluate supplier fit based on pre-determined selection criteria;
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement policies and best practices;
• Continually assess market conditions and develop sourcing strategies that maximize value to the Company;
• Participate on cross-functional sourcing projects that meet internal Client’s requirements;
• Communicate and report to management the status of any critical external relationships that could affect planning and decision-making;
• Analyze marketing industry trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external suppliers and/or pricing;
• Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of current industry best practices;
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances.

• 5 years and above experiences in the strategic sourcing disciplines or business environment;
• Bachelor’s degree of Business or Food major is preferred.
