职位介绍：

作为创意服务的副经理，您将负责执行上海迪士尼度假区的传播和广告，协助创意服务经理在品牌原则规范和标准下制作所需的创意资源。您将与不同业务伙伴合作，包括市场营销战略，数字，消费者洞察，销售，运营，美国同事及外部机构代理商。您将向创意服务经理汇报，工作地点位于中国上海。

工作内容：

• 您将与策略部门和数字部门伙伴合作，深度了解各业务部门对创意部门的业务需求；
• 您将通过与内部创意团队和代理商合作，协助经理并在一定程度上独立进行综合创意开发和传播项目的制作；
• 您将与外部机构代理商合作，以优化工作流程的效率和效力，并按时按预算执行计划；
• 您将与美国特许经营团队以及上海度假区内部团队紧密合作，确保创意产出合规；
• 您将协助整合包括摄影图片、文案、话题及信息在内的一系列创意资源，以满足上海迪士尼度假区市场传播的各项需要；
• 您将确保所有平台的的品牌，风格与图形符合标准，以确保创意资源使用的一致性；
• 您将与创意团队其他成员密切合作，有序且高效地促成、执行并监督各个项目的合同拟定、推进及管理。

我们希望您：

• 拥有七年以上广告代理方工作经验，4A广告公司优先，具有旅游行业及快速消费品客户经验者优先；
• 拥有独立负责及推进项目的能立；
• 拥有至少十五个视频及平面广告项目的开发和制作经验；
• 拥有策略思维，及全局观；
• 拥有店内辅助销售物料（POSM）和 数字平台的经验；
• 熟悉广告部门的运作方式，并了解不同形式的广告的开发和制作方式；
• 拥有通过有效的管理方式同时处理不同项目的能力；
• 具备良好的书面和口头沟通技能，能够与组织架构上下合作、建立关系、在沟通谈判中具备影响力和说服力，并能够以简短积极的方式传达关键要素；
• 能够在以项目团队为导向的跨国公司环境中工作；
• 能够展现主动性和责任感。
• 拥有流利的中英文口语和写作能力。

Location: China, Shanghai

Job Summary:

As Associate Manager in Creative Services, you will be responsible for the execution of Shanghai Disney Resort's communications and advertising production and assist the Creative Services Manager to produce needed creative assets in a variety of formats that are in compliance with the brand’s guidelines and standards. You will interact with cross-discipline partners, such as Marketing Strategy, Digital, Consumer Insights, Sales, Operations, U.S counterparts and external agencies. You will report to the Creative Services Manager and be based in Shanghai, China.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work with the Business Strategy and Digital Partners to deeply understand the business and consumer needs for creative development;
• You wil assist the Creative Services Manager or working independently with intergrated creative development and production of communications programs by working with the internal creative team and agency partners;
• You will work with external agency partners to optimize work flow efficiency and effectiveness and execute plans on time and within budget;
• You will work closely with the US franchise team and the in-house team at Shanghai Resort to ensure creative output compliance;
• You will develop a broad library of supporting assets, including photographs, copy, talking points and messaging, etc. to provide ongoing support of Shanghai Disney Resort marketing and communications needs;
• You will ensure branding, style, graphic standards for all communication platforms to ensure consistent usage of assets mainly across print and visual works;
• You will join the creative team and work closely with team members to strategically and effectively facilitate, implement and oversee heavily ongoing contract development, processing, and administration.

Desired Qualifications:

• 7+ years above work experience in agency side, traditional 4A agency is preferred, Hotel Industry and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) account background is preferred;
• Capable in working and leading projects independely.
• At least 15 TVC and print creative development and production experiences;
• Possess strategic thinking ability, with sense of big picture in mind.
• Possess experience in instore Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and digital experiences;
• Knowledge of all agency functional areas and different types of advertisements’ development and production;
• Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills;
• Refined written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, and influencing and convincing communication skills within the organizational structure to convey key elements concisely and positively;
• Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a multinational company;
• Show initiative and responsibility.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in both Mandarin and English.
