Associate Maintenance Planning Specialist

Business Unit: Facilities Engineering Service

Work Location - Country/Region: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

Develop various maintenance plans, coordinate with relevant parties (including internal and external) to execute the plans and manage the progress of the plans, use the internal system for work order management, provide required reports based on business needs, and support the Facilities Engineering Services team with detailed work plans, material management, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed equipment maintenance/repair work plans.

• Coordinate with relevant parties (including internal and external) to execute plans and manage the progress and completion of the plans, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all preventive maintenance work.

• Allocate necessary resources for all planned work and continuously optimize (process, duration, required manpower, etc.).

• Take on engineering demands from other departments, communicate effectively with internal and external parties about the demands, and follow up on the progress until completion.

• Use the internal system to establish and provide reports/reports required by the business.

• Manage maintenance work orders using the internal system.

• Complete routine tasks and other tasks required by the team.

We are looking for you:

 • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Management is preferred.

• Good comprehension, communication, and logical thinking skills, ability to self-manage and withstand certain work pressure, effectively solve problems and disputes to ensure smooth progress of work.

• Good work summarization and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft software, preference for strong text skills.

• Good English proficiency.

• Ability to go deep into the work site, communicate with front-line professionals, and understand the work content to optimize work plans.

• Ability to reasonably allocate work priorities, with certain time management skills, and meeting management skills.

• Ability to adapt to different shifts, willing to accept occasional night shifts.
