• 拥有2年以上数据科学，数据分析/业务分析/专家或相关领域的数据驱动部门工作经验
• 学士以上学位
• 中英文流利
• 具有批判性思维和解决问题的能力
• 数学和统计能力强者优先
• 有很强的业务敏锐度
• 具有过程建模技能和经验
• 出色的时间和计划管理
• 能够影响利益相关者的商业计划并做出合作决策
• 具有在快速发展的组织处理技术、用户和业务问题的经验

• 能够使用BI工具（如Power BI或Tableau）进行数据分析和可视化

Product Specialist

Job Summary:

Based in Pudong Shanghai, the Product Specialist will participate in developing and executing the strategies and visions for the Shanghai Disney Resort Customer data platform, and will assist product manager to lead and collaborate with the team to develop product features based on team strategy and vision.  Another focusing area of this position will be leading the daily operations of digital products including SHDR customer data platform and 3rd-party platforms. This role is inherently cross-functional:  the Product Specialist will work closely with engineering, design, operations, analytics and executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities. A successful candidate should be a skilled expertise in the areas of data-driven digital user experience and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will understand and execute the product analysis according to data and business requirements;
• You will develop product requirements, and turn into product backlog and user stories;
• You need experience in agile software development methodology to follow product roadmap;
• You will develop and optimizing dashboards and visual tools to be used by key departments such as Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams;
• You will enable compelling visualizations of data to enable data driven business decisions;
• You will proactively seek out and identify untapped opportunities and unmitigated risks;
• You will drive cross functional workshops to ensure end to end improvements;
• You will make sure best practice and lessons learned are shared within the department;
• You will drive continuous development by communicating and prioritizing business requirements to the development team.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+  experience in data analyst/ business analysis/expert or in a related data driven organization;
• BA or BS degree or above;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin ;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Strong math and statistical skills preferred; 
• Have a strong business acumen;
• Process modelling skills and experience;
• Outstanding time and planning management;
• Ability to influence stakeholders on business plans and make collaborative decisions;
• Experience with technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization;
• Flexible and able to adjust to change quickly;
• Data analysis and visualization using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred;
