职位介绍：

• 作为上海迪士尼度假区安全服务部安全专家行使安全监督管理和服务工作，主要包括演职人员和承包商高风险作业审核监督，在常日班或夜班高风险作业全过程旁站监督，第三方公司资质和人员资质审核，安全培训，安全方案、许可证等审核和批准等其他安全工作。本职位将会定期从事夜班工作。

工作内容：

• 协同迪士尼度假区安全团队，结合国家和地方安全规范、标准、迪士尼度假区安全程序对上海迪士尼度假区开展的各项作业进行安全监督管理；
• 监督、指导和支持酒店维护维保，租户装修施工，设施运营团队维修维保等各项作业正确执行上海迪士尼度假区安全程序；
• 审核和批准承包商或业务线提交的施工安全方案、工作安全分析、项目作业方案和工作许可证等各类安全方案；
• 审核和批准承包商各类作业许可证，演职人员从事的作业作业许可证，作业许可证包含政府定义的和上海迪士尼度假区各类特殊作业许可证；
• 检查和审核各类高风险作业，包括作业前作业证和作业后安全检查；
• 对各业务线演职人员从事的各类高风险作业进行全程现场监督检查旁站安全管理；
• 对第三方和承包商特种作业人员证件检查核验；
• 监督、指导和支持各业务线开展的高风险作业，符合法律法规安全要求，符合上海迪士尼度假区安全程序要求；
• 支持相关业务部门进行作业风险分析，提供安全技术资源帮助，并评估各个团队安全合作和安全实践；
• 协助各部门对发生的安全事件，进行安全事故调查分析，提供安全技术解决方案；
• 分析承包商作业的相关安全数据，安全事故趋势，针对趋势提出相应的改进措施和方案；
• 和各个部门紧密合作，对各个部门作业区域进行安全评估，发现不安全的的作业环境和作业行为，提出相应的安全改进措施和计划；
• 给服务于上海迪士尼度假区演职人员和承包商提供相应的安全培训；
• 定期评估承包商的安全绩效，并提出相对应的安全改进计划；
• 协助完成承包商安全报告收集、查阅、汇总分析；
• 必要时与负有安全监督职能的相关政府部门或外部机构进行协调、沟通；
• 完成上海迪士尼度假区安全服务部分配的各项工作任务。

我们希望您：

• 大学本科及以上学历；
• 专业为安全工程、消防工程、机械工程等相关专业；
• 熟悉安全，消防安全，卫生，公共健康和环保管理方面的法律法规；
• 至少8年以上安全管理经验，要求石化行业，施工安全，生产制造企业等，熟悉生产现场和项目施工现场安全管理；
• 大型企业和外资企业安全经理管理3年以上经验优先；
• 具有国际主题乐园项目施工安全管理和运营维保安全管理经验优先；
• 英语可以查阅邮件和编写安全报告，进行基本工作交流；
• 需持有注册安全工程师证书。

Welcome to the Security, Safety, Fire and Health Service Team

As an expert in security, safety, fire and health services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of the entire resort. You will design safety protocols, formulate strategies and guarantee that guests can enjoy a safe and magical experience. Throughout the implementation process, you will collaborate closely with frontline cast members, upholding industry-leading standards and effectively executing safety plans.

Job Summary:

You will serve as the key technical expert resource, responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the key safety procedures of the SHDR.

You will be responsible for safety supervision, safety management and service as a senior safety specialist in the Safety Services of Shanghai Disney Resort, mainly include daily cast and contractors high-risk work safety audit, onsite safety supervision throughout the work during daytime or night shift as scheduled, review and approve the third party company qualification and personnel qualification, safety training and safety plan, license, etc., and other safety work. This job requires regular work at night shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Cooperate with Disney Resort Safety Services and relevant LOBs to conduct safety supervision and management of various operations in Shanghai Disney Resort in accordance with national and local safety regulations, standards and Disney Resort safety procedures;
• Supervise, guide and support the proper implementation of Shanghai Disney Resort safety procedures for hotel maintenance, tenant renovation construction, and facility operations services maintenance;
• Review and approve construction safety plans, job safety analysis, project method statements, Permit To Work and other safety plans submitted by contractors or LOBs;
• Review and approve work permits for the contractor, work permits for the cast and crew, including all kinds of special work permits defined by the government and Shanghai Disney Resort;
• Conduct safety check and review to high-risk operations and works, including pre-operation permits and post-operation safety checks;
• Carry out on-site supervision and inspection of high-risk operations of the cast and crew of each LOBs;
• Check and verify the documents of the third party and contractor's special operation personnel certifications;
• To supervise, guide and support high-risk operations carried out by all business lines in accordance with the safety requirements of laws and regulations and the safety procedures of Shanghai Disney Resort;
• Support LOBs to conduct operational risk analysis, provide safety technical support, and evaluate safety cooperation and safety practices of each LOBs;
• Assist to investigate and analyze safety incidents and provide safety technical solutions;
• Analyze contractor's work related safety data, safety incident trend, and put forward corresponding improvement measures and schemes according to the trend;
• Work closely with LOBs to assess the safety of each department's operating area, find unsafe issues and behavior, and put forward corresponding safety improvement measures and plans;
• Provide appropriate safety training and good safety practice training to all service providers and various contractors serving Shanghai Disney Resort;
• Provide appropriate safety training to SHDR casts, service providers and various contractors;
• Regularly evaluate contractor's safety performance and propose corresponding safety improvement plan;
• Assist to complete contractor safety report collection, review, summary analysis;
• If necessary, coordinate and communicate with relevant government departments or external agencies with safety supervision functions;
• Complete all tasks assigned by Shanghai Disney Resort Safety Service team.

What To Bring:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Major in safety engineering, fire engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.
• Familiar with safety, fire safety, hygiene, public health and environmental management laws, GB and regulations;
• At least 8 years safety management experience, petrochemical industry, construction safety, manufacturing enterprises, etc.,  be familiar with production site and project construction site safety management;
• 3 years’ experience as safety management in large enterprises and foreign enterprises is preferred;
• International theme park project safety management and operation and maintenance safety management experience is preferred;
• Basic English skill required, can check emails and write safety reports, basic work communication skill;
• Certified Safety Engineer is required.
