职位介绍：

财务系统部门负责在上海迪士尼乐园控制和规范财务系统，确保财务功能和数据的完整性。具体包括财务系统故障处理，财务用户支持，主数据管理，系统变更控制，实施流程和系统优化，提供项目管理支持等。因此需要一定程度上熟悉应用系统和财务知识。本职位需要提供财务用户支持，培训和日常沟通以提高财务人员的效率和财务系统的数据准确性。同时，本职位需要积极影响财务流程和财务系统设计，使得其遵从财务最佳实践。基于财务需要，识别和实施流程改进，系统增强和报表定制。本职位的首要工作将会集中于SAP和POS系统的支持，设计和实施系统增强，后续将参与测试，实施和支持其它财务相关系统。为此，本职位需要和财务，IT，业务运营以及总部财务系统人员之间建立紧密地合作关系。

工作内容：

• 参与优惠券相关新产品的申请，产品变更及审核流程等工作
• 按要求在优惠券系统（ERS）中配置相关产品并支持新产品的财务整合测试
• 每日核对SAP和其它迪士尼运营系统 (如：Simphony) 接口文件传输情况，及时协调解决问题，快速和有效的响应财务用户的需求。
• 提供餐饮零售系统（Simphony），优惠券系统 (ERS) 日常用户支持，组织测试和培训。
• 协调SAP, 餐饮零售系统 (Simphony), 优惠券系统 (ERS)及其他相关项目的立项，测试和上线。
• 与相关POS系统管理员建立伙伴关系，协助POS系统的测试，评估和控制对财务的影响，解决财务相关问题。并且向财务用户提供支持。
• 作为财务和IT团队的联系人，协调日常问题和流程改进。
• 监管财务数据和流程，确保财务数据的功能的完整性。

我们希望您：

• 本科及以上财务，IT或者MIS等相关学历
• 具备解决问题和故障排除的能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 良好的人际交往能力，与其他部门/业务合作伙伴展开积极有效的工作关系。
• 2~3年相关系统工作经验优先 (如：Galaxy, Simphony等)
• 优先考虑具备项目管理经验的人员

Financial Analyst, Financial Systems

Job Summary:

The Financial Systems department is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the accounting functionality, controls and processes related to all Finance and Finance-related systems at the Shanghai Disney Resort. This includes responsibility for the finance incident support, finance end user support, finance master data management, monitor financial system changes, implement process and system improvement, providing project management support for all finance-related applications at the Shanghai Disney Resort.  Therefore, proficiency in both application and accounting is preferred for all positions in this department. This position will provide end user support, training, and communication to increase user proficiency and data accuracy in the financial system. This position will proactively influence finance processes and finance system design on best practices, identifies and implements process improvements, system enhancements, and report customization required for accounting and finance functions.  While the initial responsibilities for this role will focus on end user support in SAP/POS systems and design/implementation of additional financial modules, the analyst will participate in testing, implementation and end user support of all Finance related systems at the Shanghai Disney Resort.  Partnership with Finance, IT, Operation as well as with the Parks & Resorts world-wide segment Financial Systems, will be required.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support eCoupon relating new product applications, product change and approval process
• Configure ecoupon products in eCoupon Redemption system as required and perform testing for new products
• Provide daily sustainment for SAP interfaces connecting with others Disney operation systems (eg: Simphony); Help to resolve issue timeline; Respond quickly and effectively to finance end users.

• Provide end user support for Simphony system, eCoupon redemption system and coordinate testing and training. 
• Support SAP, Simphony and eCoupon redemption system related projects including requirement collection and documentation, Financial Interface Testing and project implementation.
• Partnership with system owner, assist in the testing, evaluate and control financial impact, resolve finance issues on POS systems, and provide end user support to finance.
• Act as a liaison between application Super Users and IT professionals on daily issues and process improvement.
• Monitor process and data, ensuring systems integrity, data integrity and system functionality.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree above in Finance, IT, MIS or equivalent
• Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• Good written, spoken and reading English
• Good interpersonal skills to develop positive, effective relationships with other departments/business partners
• 2 to 3 years’ system experience is preferred (E.g. Galaxy or SAP).
• Project experience is preferred.
