• 为游艺设施工程服务团队提供详细的计划、物料管理等支持。制定各种维修计划，协调相关方(包 括内部和外部)执行计划并管理计划进度。使用 MAXIMO 进行物料管理。根据业务需要提供所需报告。

工作内容：

• 制定详细的工作计划包(内容，人力， 物料， 工装，进度等)
• 协调相关方(包括内部和外部)执行计划并管理计划进度
• 遵循相关政策和流程以确保所有游客和演职人员的安全
• 为相关同事和工作伙伴提供建议  审核图纸并理解基本要求
• 开展与管理、工程和工艺有关的沟通，并根据沟通内容撰写工作指南和物料清单等 确保及时提交及生成材料采购订单，并进行跟进以确保工作开始前收到材料
• 与物料专员进行沟通以解决与库存有关的问题
• 在计划和排班过程中与内外部相关部门进行沟通以确保尽可能准确地预估所需资源 确保所有预防性维修工作的准确性
• 使用 MAXIMO 进行物料管理

我们希望您：

• 大专及以上学历，机械、电气、或自动化专业优先
• 熟悉维修工作流程、行业、工具、设备等并有维修工作经验者优先
• 能适应不同的排班，愿意接受在周末或节假日工作
• 熟练操作 EXCEL，擅长统计分析
• 良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作能力，能承受一定工作压力
• 具备一定的时间管理技能，会议管理技能

Job Summary:

Provide plans and materials supports to Attractions Engineering Services (AES). Develop maintenance plans and coordinate with related parties (internal and external) to manage plans to be carried out and scheduling process. Use MAXIMO (inventory database) to manage the inventory. Provide working reports per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project planning packages (scope, materials, tools / equipment, timeline) with limited guidance and direction
• Coordinate with related parties (internal and external) to manage plans to be carried out and scheduling process.
• Follow all required policy and procedures to ensure commitment to the safety of all Guests and Cast Members
• Present recommendations to customers and peers
• Proficiently perform planning and/or scheduling duties
• Review drawings and understand basic requirements
• Translate management, engineering, and craft communication into work instructions and job plans, BOM’s
• Ensure material for work orders is procured in a timely manner by submitting the appropriate PO request, associating the work order to the purchase order, and following-up to ensure material is received before work commences
• Interact with buyer to address any inventory-related issues
• Communicate with stakeholders (both internal and external) during the planning and scheduling process in order to ensure resources have been forecasted and estimated as accurately as possible
• Maintain the accuracy of all preventive maintenance work
• Use MAXIMO (inventory database) to manage the inventory

Desired Qualifications:

• College graduated or above, major in mechanical, electrical, or automation are preferred
• Working experience in a maintenance environment with knowledge of maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc. are preferred
• Available to work Sunday through Saturday, public holidays, all shifts as deemed required by management
• Office software skills, be good at data analysis
• Strong communication/teamwork skills, be able to work under pressure
• Time/meeting management skills
