职位介绍:
该职位聚焦海外市场销售,核心围绕上海迪士尼度假区的国际客源拓展,专注与全球旅游业及海外合作伙伴建立深度直接合作。通过搭建高效的海外合作网络、推进针对性销售策略,精准触达海外目标客群,全力提升上海迪士尼度假区的国际游客入园人次。
工作内容:
客户关系与渠道管理
- 聚焦海外指定客户群体,核心负责海外市场业绩达成,全力推动国际游客入园人次、乐园酒店客房预订量、乐园餐饮消费转化及跨境营销活动成效等核心业务指标落地。
- 维护并拓展全球销售渠道网络,洞察海外不同区域市场趋势与消费偏好,协助制定贴合海外用户需求的国际化分销策略。
- 与海外旅游业合作伙伴保持高效跨文化沟通,主导或参与海外商务谈判,深挖跨境合作机会,提升海外渠道活跃度与实际产出。
- 协助评估海外现有客户合作表现,优化全球渠道布局与结构,针对性解决跨境分销痛点,提升海外分销效率。
- 结合海外不同渠道(如当地旅游批发商、线上 OTA 平台、线下旅行社)的区域特性,支持海外专属产品推广方案的本地化设计与落地执行。
业务创新支持
- 参与海外市场旅游产品,旅游套餐、海外新市场开发项目等新业务模式的策划与落地,支持增长试点项目。
- 协助设计创新营销方案,提升品牌影响力和用户转化意愿。
- 在资源约束下提出合理化建议,平衡合作成本与收益,支持可持续渠道激励。
- 配合项目团队推进业务计划实施,确保与整体战略方向一致。
数据洞察与分析支持
- 收集整理合作伙伴及市场信息,识别趋势并输出基础分析报告。
- 协助策划基于数据洞察的贸易营销活动,提升入园及住宿转化效果。
- 跨部门协作,推动数据在业务决策中的应用。
我们希望您具备:
- 5年以上旅游、OTA、酒店、电商或相关行业运营、销售或业务支持经验。
- 具备高度商业敏感度,能识别业务机会并配合推进落地。
- 熟悉主流在线旅游平台运作模式者优先。
- 具备熟练的英语读写能力及流利口语沟通能力,能高效对接海外业务需求。
优先考虑掌握阿拉伯语、印尼语、俄语等第二外语的候选人,以更好适配多区域海外市场的跨文化沟通场景。
- 拥有良好的沟通协调能力,能高效对接内外部合作方。
- 本科及以上学历,旅游管理、市场营销、或相关专业优先。

Job Summary:
This role focuses on overseas market sales, with core efforts centered on expanding international source markets for Shanghai Disney Resort. It specializes in establishing in-depth and direct partnerships with global tourism industry players and overseas partners. By building efficient overseas cooperation networks and advancing targeted sales strategies, the role accurately reaches overseas target customer groups, striving to maximize the number of international visitors to the park.
What You’ll Do:
Partnership Management
- Focus on designated overseas customer segments, take primary responsibility for achieving overseas market performance targets, and fully drive the realization of core business metrics including international visitor arrivals, theme park hotel room bookings, F&B consumption conversions, and cross-border marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and expand the global sales channel network, gain insights into market trends and consumption preferences across different overseas regions, and assist in formulating international distribution strategies aligned with overseas users' needs.
- Conduct efficient cross-cultural communication with overseas tourism partners, lead or participate in overseas business negotiations, explore in-depth cross-border cooperation opportunities, and enhance the activity and actual output of overseas channels.
- Assist in evaluating the cooperation performance of existing overseas channels, optimize the global channel layout and structure, address cross-border distribution pain points in a targeted manner, and improve overseas distribution efficiency.
- Support the localized design and implementation of exclusive overseas product promotion plans by leveraging the regional characteristics of different overseas channels (e.g., local travel wholesalers, online OTA platforms, and offline travel agencies).
Business Innovation Support
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new business models such as travel packages and overseas new market development projects, and support growth pilot initiatives.
- Assist in designing innovative marketing plans to enhance brand influence and users' conversion willingness.
- Propose rational suggestions under resource constraints, balance cooperation costs and benefits, and support sustainable channel incentives.
- Collaborate with the project team to advance the implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction.
Market & Data Insights
- Collect and organize partner and market information, identify trends, and deliver basic analytical reports.
- Assist in planning trade marketing campaigns based on data insights to enhance park admission and accommodation conversion effects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote the application of data in business decision-making.
What To Bring:
- 3 years+ of experience in operations, sales, or business support within the travel, OTA, hotel, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Possess strong business acumen, with the ability to identify business opportunities and support their promotion and implementation.
- Candidates familiar with the operational models of major online travel platforms are preferred.
- Fluent in English reading and writing, with basic oral communication skills to efficiently handle overseas business needs.
- Priority is given to candidates proficient in a second language such as Arabic, Korean, or Russian, to better adapt to cross-cultural communication scenarios in diverse overseas markets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Tourism Management, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with strong pressure resistance.
