职位介绍：

作为工作间经理，您将指导和培训演职人员的日常工作，包括工作关系、演出卓越性、表演质量、认可度、团队合作和沟通等职责，和业务伙伴建立稳定牢固的关系，并在快节奏的环境下支持业务需要。带领团队高标准、高质量的完成服装的维修和制作去支持世界级的演出。

工作内容：

• 根据需求制定部门的日常工作计划，统筹服装维修、服装样品研发和服装制作的工作计划与实施；
• 管理服装工作间的演职人员， 包括但不限于：版师、CAD专员，领班，缝纫师；
• 监督计划的的执行，管理和控制生产制作过程及订单质量；
• 根据需要，及时排除现场事故，确保生产能持续进行；
• 管理演职人员工作时间，制定人力计划、监督和管理人力计划的实施；
• 灵活安排资源，包括但不限于人力和物力资源，确保订单能按时交付；
• 对工作室的物料进行有效管理，特别是库存面料，辅料和耗材的管理，以确保工作的顺利进行；
• 管理工作室缝纫设备，制定合理的维修、保养和更换计划，以确保日常运营正常进行；
• 作为与设计师、服装师和服装经理的重要协调人，熟知服装试样程序和服装制作的相关内容；
• 对团队成员给予支持，包括但不限于：团队成员的个人状态、职业发展和技术支持；
• 配合区域经理安排的其他的工作任务。

我们希望您：

• 纺织或服装工程类专业，5年以上服装公司相关工作经验；
• 有丰富的服装或表演服制版、缝制工艺、生产制作流程、品质控制等方面的知识和经验；
• 有优秀的组织能力、规划、协调和应变能力，有较强的管理能力；
• 有丰富的服装专业知识，较强的图稿理解能力、能根据设计图稿完成缝制工艺的规划和实施。熟悉服装面料、辅料、工艺用品等；
• 熟悉服装行业使用的缝纫设备，包括但不限于：工业单针和多针缝纫机，熨烫设备和裁剪缝纫工具等；
• 熟悉行业的安全政策和知识、有安全意识、确保日常运营的有序进行；
• 具有良好的人际交流和沟通能力；
• 有优秀的团队管理能力和团队建设能力；
• 能适应灵活的工作时间，能应对工作带来的挑战，具备一定的抗压能力。

Workroom Manager

Line of Business: Entertainment

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As a workroom manager, you will providing leadership, to mentor and coach Cast Members on work relationships, cast excellence, performance, recognition, teamwork and communication in their daily responsibilities. Build strong relationships with business partners and support business requests in a fast-paced environment. Leading team members to complete costume maintenance and production with high standards and high quality to support world class shows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Based on the operation to making plans, coordinate the work plans and implementation of costume maintenance, costume development and production;
• Manage directly costume staffs, including, but not limited to: Tailors, CAD specialist, Leads, Seamstress;
• Supervise and control the production process and order quality;
• To deal with any emergency situation to ensure the smooth production;
• Manages Cast Member’s schedules, develop manpower plans, supervise and manage the implementation of manpower plans;
• Coordinate resources, including but not limited to: manpower and material resources to ensure that the order can be delivered on time;
• Manage the materials of the workroom, especially the inventory of fabrics, accessories and consumables to ensure the smooth running of the work;
• Manage sewing facility, supervising sewing facility maintenance, planning for facility updated to ensure the normal operation;
• Act as a liaison with designers, costumers and costuming managers for fittings and production notes;
• Motivate and support team members，including but not limited to: personal status, career development and technical support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Area Manager.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Fashion Design & Engineering or major in Textile, Prefer 5 years or above working experience in garment field. 
• Knowledge of and general experience in theatrical patterning, cutting, stitching and crafts and quality control;
• Excellent planning and organization skills , coordination, response manner, management.
• Excellent professional knowledge of costume and strong drawing analysis ability, planning and implementation of sewing process according to the designs. Familiar with fabric, notions, crafts supplies;
• Working knowledge of machinery used in the costume industry including, but not limited to: Industrial and domestic single and multi-needle sewing machines, steam irons and cutting tools;
• Working knowledge with safety policies, have safety awareness to ensure smooth daily operation;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent team management and team building skills;
• Flexible in working hours, strong ability to manage pressure.
