上海迪士尼度假区正在寻找优秀的人才，负责管理上海迪士尼度假区的劳动力管理系统的运营需求，包括验证和维护数据的完整性、监控系统性能、生成报告，并确保系统满足安全协议的要求。系统及整合分析员还将协调整合主要业务合作伙伴的系统相关需求（其他劳动力管理的系统用户和全球业务技术系统团队）。

此职位直接向劳动力管理系统及整合经理汇报。

 

工作内容：

·        提供对劳动力管理应用系统和程序的日常支持（包括但不限于）：

­        根据服务水平要求，管理或分配事件和故障单；

­        跟进问题直至解决；

­        适时地将问题上报给管理层；

­        响应用户请求，协助提供信息；

­        与技术部门合作，监控系统性能；

­        关注数据接口的及时性和完成情况；

­        为用户提供报告、工具、查询；

­        根据用户需求提供及时的技术支持。

·        与培训和沟通团队合作，开发系统材料的内容，保持系统操作指南和其他用户指南的及时更新，以反映当前的系统配置和功能；

·        根据上海迪士尼度假区及华特迪士尼乐园和度假区的合规要求管理系统安全权限，执行定期审核，确保仅向有业务需求的人提供访问权限；

·        按照部门要求沟通系统问题。与主要合作伙伴进行沟通了解终端用户问题，并为其提供高效的解决方案；

·        确保对最新的测试脚本进行维护，制定测试计划以支持版本更新换代；准备测试、培训和沟通模板以记录更改；

·        管理多个应用程序之间协调测试的执行，并确保测试资源（包括测试环境）可用；对其工作的质量及时间要求有充分的理解；

·        了解当前的运算环境，新兴技术以及未来技术的前景，以改进和简化现有流程并提供解决方案；

·        开发新知识、文档，并与组织中的团队成员共享。

 

我们希望您：

·        信息技术、计算机、统计、商业管理相关专业本科学历及以上；

·        1年及以上数据分析、系统支持、维护，或其他相关工作经验；

·        熟练使用Windows 操作系统、MS Office及相关常用应用软件；

·        能够编写和理解结构化查询语言(SQL），包括选择、插入、更新、删除，以执行数据分析；

·        了解并且能够使用最少一种编程语言（例如：VBA）及数据分析工具Tableau等；

·        具有优秀的团队合作精神和影响力，能够与各级领导合作，协调团队工作；

·        具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够灵活地解决紧急或者复杂的问题；

·        能够独立按时地完成工作，同时处理多个紧急事务，应对压力，并且在紧张的工作安排中准确履行工作职责, 平衡不同工作任务；

·        有较强的人际交往能力，在团队环境中进行互动，并参与组织内外各级团队成员协作；

Job Summary:

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking exceptional talent responsible for managing the operation requirements of Shanghai Disney Resort (SDHR) Workforce Management Systems which includes verifying and maintaining data integrity, monitoring performance, generating reports and ensuring security protocols are met. The System and Integration Analyst will coordinate with key business partners on system related needs (Other Workforce Management Users and Global Business Technology Systems).

This position reports to the Workforce Management System and Integration manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support of Workforce Management applications (include but not all inclusive)

• Manage or assign incidents and trouble tickets according to service level agreements;
• Following issues until resolution;
• Appropriately escalate issues to management;
• Respond to user requests for assistance with information;
• Partner with technology team to monitor system performance;
• Focus on timeliness and completion of data interfaces;
• Provide reports, tools and queries for users;
• Provide on-call support according to user request.

• Partner with Training and Communication teams to develop content of system materials and keep the System Operating Guides and other User Guides up-to-date to reflect current system configurations and functionality;
• Manage system security access according to relevant compliance regulations. Perform regular audits to ensure access is provided only to those with a business need to know;
• Communicate system issues according to departmental guidelines.  Communicate end user issues and provide efficient solutions for them;
• Ensure up-to-date test scripts are maintained, Develop testing plans in support of released upgrade milestones. Prepare testing, training and communication templates to document changes;
• Lead the execution of coordinated testing among multiple applications and ensure testing resources (including test environment) are available and have a  full understanding of expectations and timelines;
• Understand current computing environments , emerging technologies , future technology roadmaps to improve and streamline existing process and provide solutions;
• Develop new knowledge, document and share with teams in the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer, Statistics, Business Management related major;
• Minimum 1 year or above data analysis, system support, maintenance, or other related work experience;
• Proficient in  Windows OS, MS Office and related common software applications;
• Ability to write and understand SQL statements including select ,insert ,update and delete to do data analysis;
• Understand and able to use at least one programming language (e.g. VBA etc.) and data analysis tool Tableau;
• Excellent team work spirit and influence with the ability to work with leaders at all levels to coordinate team efforts;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to develop creative alternatives to resolving high priority incident or complex problems;
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately under pressure and tight schedule, Balance different tasks;
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment and collaborate with team members internal and external to the organization at all levels;
• Ability to think creatively and use creativity to transform business needs into technical solutions to drive IT and Operations partnership;
• Excellent computer network  building skills;
• Capability of launching new system to existing infrastructure;
• Curious about new technology and eager to learn ;
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
