• 3年以上互联网、科技、App或电子商务等产品规划经验；
• 熟悉敏捷开发流程，具有系统集成产品规划和设计经验；
• 具有扎实的分析能力及良好的沟通和组织能力；
• 具有在快速发展的电子公司处理技术、用户和业务问题的经验；
• 具备流利的英语和汉语技能；
• 具备软件编程经验者优先。

Senior Product Specialist

Line of Business: Digital Guest Experience and eCommerce

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

Based in Pudong Shanghai, the Senior Product Specialist will participate in developing and executing the strategies and visions for the Shanghai Disney Resort digital portfolio, and will assist digital leadership to lead and collaborate with the team to develop product features based on team strategy and vision.  Another focusing area of this position will be leading the daily operations of digital products including Shanghai Disney Resort app, web, WeChat & 3rd-party platforms. This role is inherently cross-functional. The Senior Product Specialist will work closely with marketing, design, operations, analytics and R&D teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities. A successful candidate should be a skilled expertise in the areas of digital user experience and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• You need to understand and execute the strategic direction of digital product portfolio and the destinations for the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App and Website to plan products and increase conversion rate and user experience;
• You will cooperate with product manager to develop product blueprint, requirement analysis, system integration solution and use case;
• You will lead engineers, designers, and outside vendors to execute product plans;
• You will cooperate with marketing, design, operations, analytics and R&D teams to ensure product solution and implementation;
• You will engage key stakeholders to align business needs and update progress and plans;
• You will stay on top of market trends and consumer behavior, drive product innovations.

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years product planning experience in internet, high-tech, App or e-commerce industries;
• Experience in agile software development methodology and integration solution planning and design;
• A team player with solid analytical skills and excellent communications and organizational skills;
• Experience at technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin;
• Software programming experience is preferred.
