专员, 旅游业销售 Specialist, Travel Trade Sales

Account Management  

• You are required to maintain business relationship with contract partners; 
• You will ensure efficient internal and external communication; 
• You will be responsible for providing trainings for contract partners to ensure policies and process are fully well followed and meet the requirements and goals of Shanghai Disney Resort; 
• You will monitor Agency’s sales performance and drive targeted sales revenue; 
• You will work closely with sales internal lines of business and cross functional team to execute business and sales plan; 
• You will need to collect relevant data as required. 

Team Support  

• You will support team to drive targeted sales revenue from trade partners as well as the source market; 
• You will gain market intelligence, provide data and report to support team for planning and explore new opportunities; 
• You will need to assist in the preparation and organizing of sales events; 
• You will need to assist Account Manager to handle incoming calls and client inquiries; 
• You will provide administrative support for team. 

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree or above;  
• Working experience in travel industry related is preferred and account management experience is a plus; 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin, as well as solid presentation skills; 
• A self-motivated, down-to-earth fast learner and be responsible; 
• Active, energetic, result-driven and ability to work under pressure; 
• A team player with high level of dedication and supportive attitude.
