工作内容：

• 策划和组织党工团活动，与内外部伙伴保持沟通以确保活动按时、高效交付；

• 管理工会关爱和帮扶慰问项目，监督各分工会的日常运行；

• 管理工会培训项目，通过不同类型的培训课程帮助演职人员获得成长和发展；

• 管理工会会员意见沟通平台，及时回应他们的咨询和诉求；

• 开展调研，倾听演职人员的心声并进一步提升他们的体验；

• 制定党工团会议议程，整合会议材料，撰写会议纪要；

• 完成领导安排的其他工作。

• 拥有本科及以上学历；

• 五年及以上党工团事务或人力资源 或行政相关工作经验；

• 具备一定的工会法、劳动法等知识；

• 具备优秀的组织能力、时间管理能力、问题处理能力和贯彻执行能力，并且注重细节；

• 具备良好的沟通能力，能与内外部合作伙伴共同合作并令人信服以达成目标；

• 具备优秀的中英文口语和写作能力；

• 乐观积极，具备卓越的专业素养，并对新的挑战充满自信；

• 具备良好的契约精神和严谨的工作态度；

• 具备较强的责任感，能够严格按照时间节点同时处理多个项目；

• 具备良好的团队精神 ，善于团队合作。

Job Summary:

As a Specialist of Partner Relationship Office, your main responsibilities include design and coordinate Party and Union and Youth League events to elevate Cast experience; maintain daily operations of multiple communication platforms; paper work for Partner Relationship Office; develop and maintain partner relationship with other external corporations. You are expected to have excellent language skills in Chinese and English and strong partnering and communications skills which enable you to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate Party and Union and Youth League events . Cross communicate with internal and external partners to make sure quality event delivery on schedule;

• Manage Union caring programs by supervising the smooth operation of each sub-union

• Manage Union training program and leverage different kinds of training courses to facilitate Cast development;

• Maintain communication channel to respond to Casts’ feedback and complaints; Conduct survey to make Cast voices are heard and further elevate their experience;

• Propose the agenda, consolidate the deck and prepare the meeting minutes for Party and Union and Youth League Office;

• Complete tasks assigned by leaders.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;

• 5 years or above  experience in Party and Union and Youth League affairs or HR or administration related;

• Adequate knowledge in Trade Union Law and Labor Law etc.

• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills, and be detail-oriented;

• Possess good communication skills, being able to collaborate with internal and external business partners and be convincing to achieve goals;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;

• Demonstrate a strong level of professionalism and confidence, willing to take challenges;

• Possess spirit of contract and strict working attitude;

• Possess good sense of responsibilities and have the ability to handle multiple projects on a strict timeline;

• Good team player;

• Ability to deal with work and related matters rationally and proactively;

• Be able to work under pressure.
