该岗位主要负责餐饮部各项市场推广相关活动，协调度假区范围内的季节性活动，宣传推广工作等等。通过跨部门间的合作和各种特殊项目帮助餐饮部达成商业目标。

工作内容：

• 发展各部门业务关系，同时理解合作和整合的需求，为餐饮团队的成功建立运营平台；
• 通过提供信息、分析和建议，通过有效的合作关系和链接来指导战略思维和方向，从而影响组织战略的能力；
• 支持业务和技术解决方案的实施，以简化流程，优化工作流程，创造效率，并推动结果；
• 领导特殊项目的开发和计划，包括在截止日期前提出新的倡议；
• 帮助计划并不定期地领导与设计和三方合作伙伴以及运营领导和其他人员的持续会议；
• 与一线领导、演职人员、区域领导和各级主管沟通，作为职责范围内的联络点；
• 审查和改进业务流程以提高效率；
• 在产品和服务的交付中理解并保护品牌，向团队传达多方面的商业模式，支持从战略到执行的转换；
• 在餐饮部和其他各业务线之间建立重要的沟通和信息平台；
• 执行内部沟通工作(计划，工具，消息传递)，以传达告知同时参与并推动餐饮产品；
• 支持业务部门执行全年所有的季节性和市场活动。

• 大学或相同学历教育水平；
• 拥有至少2-3年相同职位经验；
• 能够使用微软办公软件，在windows环境下操作系统；
• 表现出较强的组织能力，多任务处理能力和时间管理能力，注重细节；
• 能够独立工作，并表现出较强的沟通能力；
• 具有较强的解决问题的能力，以及持续改进的过程技能；
• 在项目管理和交付期限方面有丰富的经验，表现出跟进技巧和业务计划能力；
• 能够处理多种需求和对项目的优先排序；
• 中英双语听说读写流利。

Job Summary:

This position is mainly responsible for various marketing initiatives for Food & Beverage (F&B) department, and support Shanghai Disney Resort seasonal campaign and marketing communication. Through special projects and cooperate with different Lines of Business to support the business needs of F&B Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop LOB relationships whilst understanding the need for partnership and integration to set operational platforms for the success of F&B team;
• Ability to influence organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis and recommendations guiding strategic thinking and direction through effective relationships and networking;
• Support the implementation of business and technical solutions to streamline processes, simplify workflow, create efficiencies, and drive results;
• Lead project development and planning for special projects including new initiatives on deadlines;
• Support the plan and occasionally lead ongoing meetings with design and construction partners as well as operating leaders and others;
• Interface with Front line Leadership, Cast Members, Area Leaders and executives at all levels as a point-of-contact for area of responsibilities;
• Review and refine business processes for more efficiency;
• Understands and protects the brand in delivery of product and services.  Communicate multi-faceted business model to team; enable the transition from strategy to execution;
• Key communication and messaging platform between F&B and other Lines of Business throughout SHDR;
• Execute internal communication efforts (planning, tools, messaging) to inform, educate, engage and activate F&B offerings;
• Support LOB to execute all seasonal and marketing events throughout the year.

Desired Qualifications:

• University/college level preferred;
• Min of 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role;
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products. Operate systems in a Windows-based environment;
• Ability to operate independently and demonstrated strong communication skills;
• Demonstrated strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with attention to detail;
• Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skill;
• Detailed experience with project management and delivery deadlines. Demonstrated follow through skills and business planning skills;
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities;
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Mandarin and English.
