职位介绍：

作为上海迪士尼度假区公共事务部门的对外传讯专员，您将协助执行度假区的整体传讯战略。您还将负责撰写和发布针对媒体和消费者受众的内容，支持度假区公共事务部的对外传讯目标。此外，您将负责通过与媒体和意见领袖的积极沟通，加强媒体对度假区和产品的正面报道，以及对度假区品牌和体验的认可。

您的汇报上级为公共关系经理。

工作内容：

• 您将协助团队管理和执行上海迪士尼度假区的公关策略和媒介，以支持度假区的业务目标;
• 您将制定并实施各类公关传播战略和日常公关推广计划，包括符合商业战略的产品推广，以及其他度假区各业务线的优先事项;
• 您将撰写高质量的内容，包括新闻稿、新闻资料包、专稿及其他，以支持传讯策略;
• 您将建立并维护与媒体记者和意见领袖的长期、稳定、密切的合作关系。支持和协调媒体采访、拍摄等需求;
• 您将与公司各部门紧密合作，支持相关业务需求;
• 您将需要在既定时间内高效且准确地完成所有任务。

• 具备公共事务、新闻、传媒、英语和其他相关专业本科学历并拥有3至5年国内跨国公司或公关公司媒体关系工作经验;
• 了解国内媒体变化局势、社交网络和关键意见领袖的传播环境;
• 具备创造性思维、项目创新能力和预见相关问题的能力;
• 具备优秀的中英文书面写作、口语沟通能力;
• 灵活、应变，善于解决问题，能够在快节奏的、不断变化的环境中成长;

Job Summary:

As an External Communications Specialist of the Public Affairs team at Shanghai Disney Resort, you will assist on executing the overall PR strategy for the resort. In addition, you will have responsibility for content generation and publishing for media and consumer audiences, driving positive coverage and delivering credible messages of Shanghai Disney Resort experience and brand.

You will report to the Public Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work with the team to execute PR strategies, campaigns, processes and vehicles to support the business objectives of Shanghai Disney Resort;
• You will develop Shanghai Disney Resort seasonal campaign and ongoing PR plans, media promotion plans aligned to the business strategy and the business priorities of the resort’s lines of business;
• You will create compelling and high-quality assets required including press releases, press packs, features and other assets to support of communications strategy;
• You will build and maintain long-term, stable, and close relations with media and key opinion leaders. Pitch and handle media and key opinion leaders’ interviews, engagements and shootings;
• You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to collect relevant information;
• You will accomplish all assignments effectively, accurately within the established timeframe.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Affairs, Journalism, Communications, English or other relevant areas with a minimum of 3-5 years of media relations experience in Mainland China with multinational corporations or agencies;
• Proven understanding of Chinese media, including print, TV, online and social media;
• Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern;
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English;
• Flexibility, good at problem solving, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment;
• Proactive, self-starter.
