您将为上海迪士尼度假区的业务运营进行分析并提供财务支持。

工作内容：

• 您将深度参与业绩表现分析、投资回报分析、商业谈判策略研究、 成本效率提升、利润机会挖掘等项目，独立建立和维护财务分析模型，以清晰，简洁和结构化的方式撰写分析报告，为关键业务决策提供策略性、有价值的见解，实现公司业绩增值；
• 您将持续跟进分析业务部门的业绩表现，迭代更新常规业绩分析报告，并在该过程中核验各渠道汇集的数据，提出有建设性的问题并加以解决；
• 您将作为业务部门的财务联络人，发挥思考型伙伴的作用，激发业务部门以更宽广的思维进行商业运作；协同合作，推进财务相关的跨部门项目；
• 您将支持公司年度经营计划和周期性的财务预测分析，为业务部门顺利完成收入、成本、人力和运营支出的预算目标提供持续的建议和方案。

我们希望您：

• 硕士学历并拥有外企财务领域3年工作经验，或者本科学位并拥有外企相关领域4年工作经验。相关领域包括项目财务，运营财务，财务或商业计划分析， 财务报告，财务管理与控制和会计；
• 商业或财务相关领域学术成绩拔尖，学习了会计和财务管理课程；熟练掌握定量分析和财务建模，具有分析数据并诠释数据的能力，善于解决问题；
• 中英文口语和书面均流利，能完成商务会议沟通，能撰写商业分析报告；
• 善于协调沟通，在公司层面以简洁、积极地方式传递关键信息；适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门，在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作；
• 逻辑思维能力强，关注细节；
• 责任心强，能在规定时限内处理多项任务，自主准确地行使责任；
• 具有快速学习能力和自学能力；
• 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件 (如：Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)，熟识财务系统(如：SAP)。

Job Summary:

You will support the business operations by providing analytical, financial, and business support to Shanghai Disney Resort. 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be deeply involved in projects of performance review, investment return, commercial negotiation tactics, cost efficiency improvement, profit opportunities identification, build up financial models independently, write analysis reports in a clear, concise, and structured manner; provide strategic and value-added insights to support key business decisions and contribute to company’s profit growth;
• You will continuously analyze the business performance of the line of business; improve and deliver regular business performance reports while validate collected data, ask constructive questions and solve problems;
• You will be the key contact person of the line of business, be a thought partner thus inspire the business line to think broader in business discussions, collaborate and push cross team projects moving forward;
• You will support Annual Operating Plan and forecasting cycles, provide suggestions and action plan to line of business to meet the budget of revenue, cost, labor and operating expense.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in related field and 3 years of MNC (Multi-national Corporation) experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years relevant MNC experience in project finance, operations finance, financial planning, business planning or development, financial and/or management reporting, accounting, and/or corporate finance;
• Top academic achievement with major in a business or finance-related field with significant accounting and finance coursework, with advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, data analysis and problem solving;
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, be able to communicate on business meetings, and write business analysis reports;
• Demonstrated partnering and communication skills, convey key elements at the organizational structure level in a concise and positive manner, ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a MNC;
• Demonstrated logical thinking skills with attention to detail;
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision;
• Quick leaner and self-leaner;
• Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP).
