该职位人选需要很强的数据分析能力以识别问题，并且独立地或在经理的指导下对企业内部员工诚信问题或舞弊行为展开有效地调查。

合格的候选人必须展现其良好的沟通能力、数据分析能力，书写报告的能力，以及解决问题的技巧。并且能够与公司各关键部门建立有效、互信的良好关系。职位人选必需拥有相关实际的调查相关工作经验。

工作内容：

• 处理企业内部反欺诈、反腐败、舞弊案件调查；
• 收集并分析内部调查相关的信息；
• 对内部舞弊事件进行访谈以获取信息；
• 整理发现点并撰写内部调查报告并按要求对案件记录归档；
• 对欺诈舞弊案件的发现点提出流程改进建议，并负责建议的沟通、监督落实；
• 对欺诈舞弊的风险领域进行风险识别、分析，并制定监控措施；
• 以一个团队为导向、项目驱动的环境中与业务单元领导共事，并与人事部、安保部有效合作；
• 通过执行不同的调查程序识别内部员工权利滥用的情况，并不断强调公司的政策；
• 参与合规相关的项目，与各业务部门沟通合作，协助项目管理工作。

• 本科学位，并拥有2-3年相关工作经验；
• 熟悉财务系统、内控流程和优化；
• 能积极高效地理解、钻研陌生的业务流程及相关系统流程；
• 突出的数据分析技巧以及发现并解决问题的能力；
• 内部调查背景，具有良好的访谈技巧；
• 突出的沟通技巧，能够与公司其他内部团队建立和维护良好的关系；
• 展现突出的口头和书面沟通的能力；
• 英语和普通话写、说、读流利；
• 熟练应用spreadsheets、databases、MS Office 软件和财务软件；
• 法律或财务相关专业；
• 使用Relativity或其他电子数据检查工具识别舞弊行为的经验优先；
• 熟练使用数据分析工具者优先，如Tableau, PBI 等；
• 四大审计、内审、法证相关工作经验优先；
• 拥有CFE, CPA, CIA 等证书优先。

Job Summary:

This position requires strong analytical skills to identify issues, and will effectively investigate internal cases relating to employee integrity issues and internal fraud, independently or under some supervision by line manager.

The successful candidate must possess good communication skills, data analytical, writing and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to build effective, trust-based relationships with key partners inside the company. Substantial investigative skills and work experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct anti-bribery, anti-corruption, fraud investigation work;
• Collect and analyze investigation related information;
• Conduct interviews for internal fraud cases to collect information;
• Ensure completion of reports and necessary documentation in time and keep good case files;
• Provide recommendations regarding investigation findings, communicate recommendation to business partners and follow up;
• Conduct fraud risk analysis and make monitoring plan;
• Work in a team-oriented, project driven environment with business unit leaders and partner with HR, Security team on best practices;
• Identify misconduct of employee privilege by conducting different investigation procedures and enforce company’s policy;
• Participate in compliance related projects, communicate and cooperate with various business departments, and assist in project management work.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, and 2-3 years of working experience;
• Understanding of financial systems, internal control processes and enhancements;
• Capability of proactively and efficiently understand and delve into unfamiliar business process and relevant system process;
• Strong data analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve issues;
• Investigation background, has good interview skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain positive relationships with other partners inside the company;
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluent in written, spoken and reading English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications;
• Legal or Finance related major;
• Experience in fraud detection through Relativity or other E-discovery tools is a plus;
• Familiar with data analytics tools, e.g. Tableau, PBI etc., is a plus;
• Big 4 audit, internal control, forensics experience is a plus;
• CFE, CPA, CIA certificates are a plus.
