餐厅经理，员工餐厅综合管理致力为上海迪士尼度假区的演职人员创造环境良好，健康，环保，科技化的员工餐饮环境；与各个业务部门进行合作，综合监督以及管理上海迪士尼度假区的员工餐厅运营商；将上海迪士尼度假区相关安全，食品安全以及消防安全标准积极传递至相关运营商，确保相关运营商持续达成相关安全标准；通过领导力，在上海迪士尼度假区的五个关键要素安全、礼仪、包容、演出和效率指引下制定运营以及服务标准，并持续推进与执行；组织以及进行演职人员满意度调研，了解演职人员需求，督导相关运营商进行调整及改善；根据度假区的发展需求，协调相关改造发展项目；配合公司内部，协调员工餐厅的相关工作。

工作内容：

运营相关：

• 通过与食品安全，消防，安全相关业务部门积极配合协作，将上海迪士尼度假区相关安全标准有效地传递给员工餐厅运营商；
• 根据上海迪士尼度假区五大关键要素，结合上海迪士尼度假区的运营服务标准，指定员工餐厅的运营服务标准，并督促员工餐厅运营商执行；
• 通过与相关业务部门定期的稽核，衡量执行状况以及偏差；并督导运营商在指定时限内落实有效的改善方案；

业务部门统筹与协调：

• 与设施运营部门对员工餐厅资产进行有效管理；制定维修相关流程，落实按照运营相关要求执行日常设备的维养；对员工餐厅相关资产进行有效管理以及盘点工作；

项目：

• 根据上海迪士尼度假区的发展，配合业务部门，进行相关数据以及其他资料收集，供相关部门进行分析；
• 统筹员工餐厅相关的项目工作，如新建，整体扩建，设备改造等；
• 协调运营商，对于项目进行必要的配合以及协助；

演职人员综合体验：

• 与工会配合制定员工满意度调查问卷，并定期完成满意度调查；根据满意度调查了解演职人员需求；督导运营商，根据满意度反馈执行有效改善计划，并根据优先级进行落实；评估实际改善情况；
• 配合演职人员委员会收集每周演职人员员工餐厅相关反馈；对于演职人员反馈的问题与餐厅运营商进行整理以及分析，并及时指定改善行动，并反馈给相关演职人员；
• 结合上海迪士尼度假区各类活动，与运营商进行协调，进行相关促销活动，如：美食周，传统节日活动等；

运营整合：

• 协调上海迪士尼度假区内部与幕后餐厅相关讯息发布工作，如：运营时间调整以及菜单发布等；
• 协调上海迪士尼度假区内部各类订餐需求；
• 协调其他与幕后餐厅相关的工作。

Job Summary:

Restaurant Manager, Cast Canteen is committed to creating a good, healthy, environmentally friendly, and technological cast canteen for the cast of Shanghai Disney Resort; cooperates with various lines of business, comprehensively supervise and manage cast canteen operators of Shanghai Disney Resort; integrates Shanghai Disney Resort-related safety standards, and actively communicate to relevant operators to ensure  them continue to meet the required safety standards; through leadership, guided by the five keys, develops relevant operation and service standards, and implements the continuous promotion; organizes and conducts cast satisfaction surveys, understands the needs of cast members, and supervises relevant operators to make adjustments and improvements; coordinates related renovation and development projects according to the development needs of the resort; collaborates with the team to coordinate cast canteen related work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation Related:

• Effectively communicate with relevant safety standards of Shanghai Disney Resort to cast canteen operators by actively cooperating with safety-related teams;
• Based on the five keys and combined with the operation service standards of Shanghai Disney Resort, specify the operation service standards of cast canteen and supervise the operators to implement;
• Measure the implementation status and deviations through regular audits with relevant teams; and supervise operators to implement effective improvement plans in time and implement accordingly;

2. Business Department Planning and Coordination:

• Work with the facility operation team to effectively manage the cast canteen; develop maintenance-related procedures and implement daily equipment maintenance in accordance with relevant requirements; conduct effective management and inventory of cast canteen;

3. Project:

• Based on the development of Shanghai Disney Resort, cooperate with business team to collect relevant data and other information for analysis;
• Coordinate cast canteen project, such as new construction, overall expansion, equipment modification, etc.;
• Coordinate operations and provide necessary cooperation and assistance;

4.  Comprehensive Experience for Cast Members:

• Cooperate with the union to develop employee satisfaction survey and complete regularly; understand the needs of cast members based on satisfaction surveys; supervise operators, implement effective improvement plans based on satisfaction feedback, and implement them according to priority; evaluate actual improvement;
• Cooperate with the cast committee to collect weekly feedback from cast canteen; collate and analyze cast members’ feedback issues with the operator, make action plans timely and give feedback to relevant cast members;
• Combine with Shanghai Disney Resort various activities, coordinate with operators to carry out relevant promotional activities, such as Food Festival, traditional festival activities, etc.;

5. Operation Integration:

• Coordinate the release related to internal information of Resort’s and cast canteen, such as the adjustment of operating hours and menu release, etc.;
• Coordinate various food orders meet Shanghai Disney Resort internal needs;
• Coordinate other work related to cast canteen.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to work in high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English;
• Worked in complex and diverse multinational companies or on project teams across business units;
• Ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced work environment;
• Have high business and cultural sensitivity;
• Have 5 year above management experience related to corporate catering;
• Qualified catering related regulations;
• Full-time college degree or above.
