职位介绍：

项目估算工程师的主要职责是在立项及审批阶段，独立完成小型维修，采购类型的IFP的估算编制。项目实施过程中，独立完成IFP项目全过程造价管理，独立编制工程量清单和 拦标价，按项目预算变更管理，进行竣工结算。配合资深项目估算师完成大型CAR 项目的概算编制等。

工作内容：

• 独立完成IFP 项目的估算,这些项目范围包括维修项目、土建项目、机电安装、内装修等等。配合资深项目估算师提供CAR（大型公开招标项目），主题项目的估算支持，

•  项目立项阶段与IFP团队一起准备预算用于项目审批，预算需要包括整个项目直至交付的所有费用

• 安装方案图纸及规范确认估算的范围和内容

• 从以前的采购单、乐园施工合同、供应商合同等历史费用数据中查找合适资料完成估算

• 为内部招标项目提供工程量清单及拦标价

• 参照以往类似项目的合同或采购单价格信息审核回标报价，协助项目经理及协调员检查报价确保工作范围没有遗漏

• 确保所有估算工作文件及数据保存

• 跟踪及记录所有IFP项目费用信息，整理并更新FAM项目费用周报

• 项目实施阶段参与变更的估算及审核，为项目经理及协调员提供决策建议

• 项目实施阶段为设计及项目组提供项目费用指导

• 配合项目经理准备项目最终费用估算，评估所有变更并准备费用趋势分析。

• 建立并维护FAM IFP项目费用数据库，用于指导今后项目估算

我们希望您：

• 8年以上全过程造价管理经验，能独立完成土建，机电，精装修项目工程量计算， 独立编制工程量清单，编制土建， 机电，精装修项目的概算、熟悉FIDIC 等合同条款，独立完成工程变更审核，编制竣工结算报告。

• 具有4年以上QS公司经验,有主题乐园QS 经验优先

• 娴熟的估算及费用管理技术

• 熟练电脑软件操作，广联达， PPT ， CAD 等。

• 候选人需要建筑，施工管理或工程相关本科学位

• 具备与管理层及项目组（包括项目管理、设计、承包商及供应商等）顺利合作的能力

• 具备通过谈判解决冲突的能力

• 能保持良好的人际关系，有魄力做决定

• 良好的沟通技巧，团队合作精神；

• 具有良好的英文口头和书面能力；

Project Estimator

Line of Business: Facility and Operations Services

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

The project estimator is responsible for providing small modification, purchase IFP projects budget estimates during project initiation & approval phase. During the project progress, prepare the BOQ and max price, change management, final account. Assist senior project prepare the CAR projects budget. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for estimating on IFP projects including IFP projects. These projects involve all aspects of work including facility maintenance & repair, civil, MEP installation, interior fit-out. Support senior project estimator for CAR, theme projects budget.

• Prepares budget estimates together with IFP team for funding approval during project initiation phase, the estimates shall cover facilities and shows throughout a projects lifecycle to turnkey

• Reviews and estimates proposal specifications, drawings etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.

• Reviews and incorporates historical cost data from purchase orders, base park contracts, subcontracts, etc. into estimates.

• Provides bill of quantities (BOQ) and tender ceiling price estimates for internal tender projects bid package

• Review received bid quotation based upon comparable/equivalent historical contract and PO figures, support Project Managers and Coordinators to check quotation to ensure full project scope of work are covered.

• Ensures all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures

• Tracks and records all IFP projects cost information, generates FAM project cost weekly report

• Participates in estimating, reviewing and settling change orders during the implementation, acting as advisor to the Project Managers and Coordinators.

• Provides design staff and project team with cost guidance during all phases of project.

• Develops total project Estimated Final Cost (EFC) with project managers. Evaluates all change documentation and provides trend estimates and analyses against current EFC and Budget estimate.

• Develop and maintain FAM  IFP projects cost data base for future project reference

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ Years whole progress cost control experience , can prepare civil , MEP, interior fit-out project Qty, prepare BOQ, Maxprice, budget , familiar with FIDIC contract clause and so on , can individual review change cost , final account and so on.

• Must have 4 years work experience in QS company ,preference to  have theme park Qs experience

• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost controls.

• Proficient in PC programs

• Candidate will possess a minimum B.A. in Construction Science, Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent degree;

• Ability to work successfully with all levels of management, all project team members (project management, design, contractors, vendors, etc.) to achieve team goals.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiates successfully.

• Demonstrated decision-making and relationship building ability.

• Good English skills both in oral and written is preferred;
