上海迪士尼度假区制作专员在协助创意制作团队的工作中有着重要作用，以确保演出活动顺利进行，并且为参与活动的游客提供优质的娱乐演出体验。您将与制作团队密切合作，协助创意制作团队组织和推进不同活动。您也将有机会参与协助和管理不同的娱乐演出活动，包括各种精彩的表演元素、节日庆祝活动或特殊活动 。

工作内容：

• 支持制作经理和舞台经理准备并协调娱乐演出项目的物流、技术、财务和时间表；
• 协助准备演讲材料稿；
• 准备会议纪要和支持项目的沟通协调 ；
• 编制文档并分配给各相关方；
• 协助所有排练和活动的现场协调；
• 负责小型活动的演出执行；
• 在演出活动期间负责所有安全事宜及决策，演出活动结束后负责撰写并发布演出报告；
• 确保游客和演职人员处于安全的环境，坚持遵守运营和安全指导方针；
• 能够独立工作，负责并管理上级分配的相关项目；
• 根据需求执行其它项目。

• 具有领导力和沟通技巧，能和创意及制作团队、其他业务部门、各层面的管理层和演职人员进行有效的沟通协作 ；
• 4年以上娱乐演出管理或同等娱乐演出管理经验，有主题乐园娱乐演出经验或迪士尼经验优先；
• 有舞台管理，舞台监督，剧院演出管理相关经验者优先 ；
• 能适应多项任务、快节奏和充满活力的工作环境；
• 具有影响力和谈判能力；
• 具有组织力、协作力和领导力；
• 具有解决问题的能力和优化运营程序的能力；
• 能有效反馈和分享创意性新想法，能够维护和执行政策和流程；
• 具有对演出制作的基本知识和理解；
• 普通话流利、具有良好的英语书面及口语表达能力。

Production Specialist, Creative & Production

Position Overview：

Shanghai Disney Resort Production Specialist plays an important role of assisting Creative & Production team in planning and executing special events to ensure the excellent Entertainment experiences for attending guests. You will work closely with Production Team members to help carry out various events produced by Creative & Production team. You may also have the opportunity to involve in assisting and managing different Entertainment offerings with exciting show elements and festive celebrations offerings.

Key Responsibilities：

• Assist Production Manager and Stage Manager in preparing and coordinating logistical, technical, financial, and scheduling elements of an entertainment project;
• Help to coordinate or prepare presentation materials;
• Assist with meeting notes and project communication;
• Compile production documentation and distributes to relevant parties;
• Assist in all in-field coordination for rehearsals and event;
• Show Calling for small scale special events;
• Be responsible for making safety-related decisions during event or show, and to write and distribute comprehensive show reports after event or show;
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and Cast Members and maintain adherence to Operating and Safety Guidelines;
• Be able to work independently, be responsible for and manage related projects assigned by leader;
• Other projects as required.

Desired Qualifications：

• Display leadership and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with teams within Entertainment, other Lines of Business, and all levels of management and Cast Members;
• Minimum 4-year of experience in Stage Management or equivalent Entertainment experience, Theme park or Disney experience is a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Art Management, Stage Management or related discipline is preferred;
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment;
• Demonstrate influencing and negotiating skills;
• Demonstrate organizational, partnering and leadership skills;
• Proven ability to solve problems and optimize operating procedures;
• Ability to give effective feedback and share creative and new ideas, Maintain and proceed policies and procedures;
• Basic knowledge and understanding of show production;
• Fluent in Mandarin, competent in spoken and written English.
