职位概览 Position Overview
本岗位负责多种运营合规项目以及绩效校准项目，以支持乐园和小镇运营的各团队工作。本岗位的工作也将同时由乐园和小镇运营各团队领导及下属给与支持。
This position is responsible for the performance and management of Compliance related operations, and Performance Alignment programs supporting the various business units of Park and Disneytown Ops. This role is supported by a team of direct reports, as well as leadership representatives from the various business units.

Key Responsibilities 主要职能

• 直接向总监,乐园和迪士尼小镇运营汇报；管理高级专员和若干名专员
• Work under Director, Park & Disneytown Ops; lead a team with Sr. Specialist and several Specialists
• 代表上海迪士尼乐园和小镇运营领导与各国际迪士尼团队共同开发、执行并沟通迪士尼内部标准，并协助各团队符合标准要求
• Partner with Operations and Safety Teams from Disney Worldwide on the development, execution, and communication of Disney Standards, representing and supporting respective Park & Disneytown Ops Leadership Teams to achieve required
• 更新乐园和小镇运营的迪士尼标准，业务流程，与其他政策和技术文档
  Update Disney Standards, Business Practices, and other related Policies and Technical Documents for Park & Disneytown Ops
• 支持和协调迪士尼国际团队接待工作以及在当地的审计工作
  Support and facilitate visits and auditing programs from Disney Worldwide Auditing Teams.
• 对各乐园和小镇运营团队领导提出合规相关建议
  Advise Park & Disneytown Ops Leadership Team on compliance-related issues
• 与各支持团队和运营团队配合，共同达到上海迪士尼领导要求的合规与绩效期望
• Collaborate with Supporting Teams and Operations Team to achieve compliance and performance expectations of Shanghai Disneyland Resort Leadership.
• 在合规以及绩效校准方面提供指导和培训
• Provide guidance and training for Compliance and Performance Alignment
• 负责开发，监管，并执行合规与绩效校准项目以支持乐园和小镇运营
• Develop, supervise, and execute Compliance and Performance Alignment Programs to supplement and support Park & Disneytown Operations.
• 执行各类合规审计项目及专项合规审计与调查 。例如迪士尼内部的第一到第四层级审计。同时通过定期提醒和检查来确保乐园和小镇运营团队的审计符合公司要求。
• Conduct compliance monitoring and ad-hoc compliance review or investigation, e.g. Disney Tier 1 Audit to Tier 4 Audit. Ensure Park & Disneytown Operations fulfilling requirement of Disney
  Audit Programs.

Required Qualifications 基本资质

• 本科学位为佳
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 对主题乐园和小镇运营,及其产品和服务有相当的了解
• Good understanding of theme Park and Disneytown Ops, products and services
• 具有良好分析、人际及沟通能力
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• 熟练使用各种计算机软件（Excel, Word, Power Point）
• Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• 具有良好的中、英文读写沟通能力
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• 根据运营支持需求在标准工作时间之外工作，需要在室内和室外环境下工作
• Non-standard working hours per needs to support operations, working both in office as well outdoors environments.
