景点运营是上海迪士尼乐园和小镇运营的重要组成部分,景点运营团队的使命是秉承迪士尼五大关键要素,维护和管理乐园各景点日常安全和高效的运营,为游客提供优质的服务和沉浸式游玩体验。
景点运营培训生将进行为期12个月的培训以及1对1的导师辅导支持。期间,将深入了解和学习景点运营关键业务模块,包含但不限于景点运营开始规程、景点运营管理、景点停运的应对、景点紧急事件的响应和处理,以及跟随景点运营部区域经理和运营经理接受培训。所涵盖的轮岗职位包括但不限于景点运营快乐主人、主管,以及游客服务经理。此外,还需要跟随乐园和迪士尼小镇运营部门的其他业务条线进行跨团队学习,其他业务条线包含游客到达体验、当值统筹经理及客流管理运营、保洁运营、迪士尼小镇运营。并且也有机会跟随乐园和迪士尼小镇合规团队、安全团队、工业工程、运营发展、劳动力管理和人力资源等部门合作伙伴学习、熟悉相关业务。运营培训生通过学习并掌握各岗位的工作内容从而在轮岗期间为游客提供高质量的服务,协助解决游客问题,提高游客的整体满意度。
工作内容:
- 掌握指定游乐设施设备的操作技术知识并通过相关考核取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训);
- 参加轮岗实践和跨团队学习,学习并提升解决问题和跨部门协作的能力;
- 协助负责景点运营相关项目管理,包括制定项目计划,监督项目进展,解决项目出现的问题,并与相关团队合作,按时完成项目并达到预期目标;
- 担任不同管理角色,维护景点日常运营,协助游客服务经理带领一定规模的团队,激励及监督他们达成公司目标;
- 完成上级布置的其他任务。

- 学士学位:优先考虑商务管理、酒店管理、旅游管理或相关领域的专业;
- 熟练使用各种计算机软件,包括Excel、Word、Power Point等;

Job Summary:
Attraction Operations plays one of the most important roles in Shanghai Disney Resort's Park and Disneytown Operations team. Mission of Attraction Operations team is to uphold Disney's 5 Keys principles, maintain and manage the daily safety and efficient operation of various in-Park attractions, and provide Guests with high-quality service and immersive park experiences.
Attraction Operations Operations Trainee will undergo 12 months of training with one-on-one mentorship support. During this period, they will gain in-depth understanding and learn key business modules of Attraction Operations, including but not limited to opening procedures for Attractions, Attractions management, responses to Attraction shutdowns, handling and responding to any emergency situations at Attractions, and training under the guidance of the Attraction Operations Area Manager and Operations Manager. Rotation positions covered include but are not limited to Attraction Operations Host/Hostess, Lead, and Guest Services Manager. Trainee will also need to engage in cross-team learning with other business lines of Park and Disneytown Operations team. These other lines of business include Guest Arrival Experience, Duty Manager and Guest Flow Operations, Custodial Operations, and Disneytown Operations. Furthermore, they will also have opportunities to work alongside partners from Park and Disneytown Operations Compliance team, Security, Safety, Fire and Health Service, Industrial Engineering, Operations Development, Workforce Management, and Human Resources teams to understand and familiarize themselves with relevant operations. Through their training, Operations Trainee will learn and master the content of various positions, enabling them to provide high-quality services to Guests, assist in resolving Guest issues, and enhance overall Guest satisfaction during their rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the operational technical knowledge of designated Attraction facilities and obtain the required qualifications for the position through relevant assessments, also complete and pass all training and evaluations after joining the company (including but not limited to: on-job-training);
- Participate in rotational practice and cross-team learning, enhancing problem-solving abilities and inter-departmental collaboration skills;
- Assist in managing projects related to Attraction Operations, including formulating project plans, supervising project progress, resolving issues arising from the project, and collaborating with related teams to complete the project on time and achieve expected goals;
- Take on different managerial roles, maintain daily attraction operations, assist the Guest Service Manager in leading a team of a certain size, motivate and supervise them to achieve company goals;
- Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferences given to majors in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management or related fields;
- Proficient in using various computer software, including Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear and concise oral and written communication in Mandarin and English;
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment;
- Has a strong service mindset, attentive, and can proactively respond to Guests' needs;
- Willing to work independently and make sound decisions in emergency situations;
- Has a good team spirit and is willing to assist team members;
- Open to working in different shifts and outdoor environments.
