职位介绍:

您将负责上海迪士尼度假区官方应用APP运营战略的制定并领导高质量的落地执行,包括上海迪士尼度假区官方应用APP,官方网站的用户增长和财务创收,及官方应用APP内数据驱动的消费者运营。通过密切的沟通和管理内外部客群而确保高效的媒体投入及营销活动成果。您将与消费者互动和运营职能团队紧密合作,并且定期与跨部门合作伙伴及第三方公司协同工作。此外,您也将要负责管理财务和资源的分配及规划。

工作内容:

  • 带领以官方应用APP和官方网站为主的直营跨渠道全链路消费者互动和运营,参与跨渠道(官方应用APP,官方网站和微信)的战略及用户互动计划,以实现品牌建设和业务目标;
  • 开展营销活动,与内部创意团队和第三方合作伙伴合作产出最具影响力的传播效果,与战略领导层合作确保创意遵循战略构想并能在各消费者接触点建立品牌渴望;
  • 通过跨部门及第三方合作,领导搭建数据驱动的官方应用运营模型,并通过实践案例实现快速迭代及优化,并赋能其他渠道实现全链路消费者运营。

我们希望您:

  • 拥有五年以上直接相关经历,拥有消费者市场官方应用APP和官方网站用户运营经历优先;
  • 拥有大学本科或以上学历;
  • 能够利用关键洞察, 始终以顾客为中心做整体思考;
  • 拥有优秀的战略计划和项目管理经验;
  • 能运用官方应用APP和官方网站户运营的卓越技能进行品牌建设并达成业务目标;
  • 拥有面向消费者的信息技术和数据式分析及营销的能力;
  • 自主驱动力及学习能力强,有强烈的创新及探索意愿及能力;
  • 通过良好的人际交往能力与内外部相关方如媒体、企业联盟伙伴、影业等建立成功的合作伙伴关系;
  • 具备管理全面战略沟通和良好的批判性思维,优秀地书面和口头沟通能力,能准确、有创造性的及有外交技巧地传递信息;
  • 能够在快节奏和受截止时间驱动的工作环境下,组织、安排并管理多个优先事务项;
  • 精通如何领导和影响同级合作伙伴,通过合理的工作分配和反馈培养团队成员;
  • 具备财务知识,熟练掌握营销策略和传播技巧;
  • 主动识别业务机会和风险,提供风险化解策略,以实现长期计划和年度运营计划目标。

Job Summary

You will be responsible for the strategy development, and excellent execution of Shanghai Disney Resort's consumer activation across APP and website, responsible for Shanghai Disney Resort’s APP and website users growth and revenue generation. Successful engagement and management of internal and external stakeholders are required to ensure efficient media investment, and marketing activities outcomes. You will work with Consumer Activation functional teams as well as regularly interface with cross-discipline partners and agencies. Besides, you will have responsibility for planning financial and resources allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-link data-driven consumer activation focusing on official APP and website. Contribute to cross-channels (APP, Website and Wechat) consumer activation strategy and action plan development to realize brand building and business goal;
  • Work with internal creative team and agency partners to develop marketing activities and maximize effectiveness, partnering with strategy leaders to ensure creative follow strategy and build brand crave across consumer touchpoints;
  • Work with cross-discipline partners and agencies to lead data-based official APP and website consumer activation build-up, optimize the model with fast test-and-learn cases, and enable consumer activation across other channels.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of directly related experience, experience in consumer activation across APP & website is desired;
  • Bachelor or above degree;
  • Ability to think in a holistic consumer-centric manner leveraging key insights;
  • Strong strategic planning and project management experience;
  • Advanced skills in user operation across APP & website to build the brand and deliver the business goal;
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer-facing technology and data-driven marketing;
  • Strong passion for winning, with innovation mindset and capability;
  • Good interpersonal skills to develop successful working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as media, alliance partners, studio, etc.;
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing a comprehensive strategic communication, with excellent critical thinking, written and oral communication skills to convey information with accuracy, creativity, and diplomacy;
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision and/or on a self-directed basis;
  • Highly proficient at leading and influencing peer-level partners, and grow team members with thoughtful work scope identification;
  • Financial literacy, fluency in marketing strategy, and communications;
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and risks and provide risk mitigation strategies to achieve long-term plan and Aunnual Operation Plan targets.
