商品部系统运营资深专员将协助商品部系统运营助理经理开展工作，协助管理乐园商品部门店销售系统和库存管理系统，为门店日常运营活动以及门店系统用户提供日常技术支持。与IT团队密切合作协调商品部的门店销售系统升级以及跨系统测试联调，并且就系统操作方面的培训材料和关键用户培训计划为门店运营团队提供支持。

工作内容：

• 协助商品部收银系统管理以及日常用户支持；
• 商品部库存管理系统维护，库存盘点设置及终端用户支持；
• 协助商品部系统用户权限管理及内部账户审计；
• 配合外部审计提供商品部系统用户权限管理、交易数据等支持材料；
• 协助商品部促销价格设置；
• 协助门店活动相关的系统技术支持（如：新店开业，销售活动，线上线下对接，优惠券核销，等等）；
• 协调商品部系统相关的项目开展，输出业务需求分析，配合完成系统集成测试, 用户验收测试, 财务集成测试（SIT, UAT, FIT）等；
• 灵活的工作时间，包括周末及节假日的商品部系统支持。

• 计算机、工程学或相关专业学士学位；
• 5-7年零售或仓储系统管理经验；
• 具备供应链管理相关工作经验；
• 具备零售或快消品行业数据分析经验与能力；
• 具备零售行业新兴技术解决方案实施和应用经验；
• 具备跨部门沟通协作的能力；
• 较强的问题分析与问题解决能力；
• 具备项目管理实施的知识与经验；
• 具备培训文档撰写经验；
• 熟练英语书写与口语；
• 熟悉Java, SQL Server, Oracle等。

Job Summary:

Merchandise System Application Senior Specialist will assist the Merchandise System Application Associate Manager to carry out all the related works.  Assist in managing merchandise store POS (point of sales system) systems as well as inventory management systems.  Merchandise System Application Senior Specialist will also provide technical support on merchandise store event and merchandise store user on daily system usage.  Work closely with IT team on merchandise system upgrade and integration testing with other systems within the organization.  Support Store Operations on training material and key user training plan with regard to system operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Merchandise POS   management and technical support to store operation users;
• Merchandise inventory management system maintenance, stock count job set and end user support;
• Assist in Merchandise system access management and internal account audit;
• Provide supporting documents on account management and transaction data according to the external audit requirements;
• Assist in Merchandise promotion price configuration and setup;
• Assist in technical supports on merchandise store event (example: New store opening, Sales event, O2O, Electronic Coupon redemption, etc.);
• Cooperate on the Merchandise system relevant project execution, deliver business requirement analysis, cooperate System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing,  Financial Integration Testing (SIT, UAT, FIT), etc.;
• Flexible working hours, include weekends and holiday Merchandise system support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer, engineering, or equivalent;
• 5-7 years’ experience on retail or inventory management system management;
• Experience with supply chain management;
• Experience and ability in data analysis in the retail or fast moving consumer goods industry;
• Experience with retail industry new technology or solution implementation and operation;
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across departments;
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge and experience in project management implementation;
• Demonstrated ability to draft training material on system operation;
• Good skills on communication in both written and oral English;
• Familiar with Java, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
