职位介绍：

作为IT资产管理分析员，您将负责管理部门内日常运维和长期战略的硬件和软件。包括硬件和软件许可资产的计划，监控和记录同时确保供应商按合同交付硬件和软件许可。该职位将协助制定采购策略，以优化部门的支出。IT资产管理分析员也需要实施部署资产管理系统，以追踪控制全部资产的生命周期。

主要工作内容：

• 制定和实施流程，对硬件，软件和设备从申请到退休使用管理系统追踪和分析
• 使用资产管理工具对整个企业的IT资产进行核算
• 根据需要，为部门员工提供管理库存的培训。
• 向管理层汇报ITAM/生命周期以避免冲突
• 从资产的计划到实施进行采购管理
• 对IT资产管理相关的表格、进度表、报告中的数据进行验证、登记、调整
• 跟踪每个资产的生命周期，以确保维护保修信息、更新日期和停产日期的信息
• 与仓库管理员密切合作，以确保100%的库存准确性
• 制定书面计划、政策、程序文档以记录流程来支持管理资产的生命周期
• 与供应商紧密合作，开发资产管理平台，并完成系统安装实施
• 每年进行资产盘点审核，并制定流程和程序以确保审核准确性
• 对项目资产进行审核并制定流程和程序以确保审核准确性 
• 从资产的采购到报废遵守公司的电子废弃物政策和程序

我们希望您：

教育与认证

• 拥有计算机科学，信息技术，工程或工商管理学士学位和3年相关工作经验。 
• 拥有计算机科学、信息技术、工程或工商管理大专学历和5年相关工作经验。 
• 具备ITIL和IT服务管理认证。 ITIL Foundations v3/v4认证。

技能与工作经验

• 具备评估、推荐和实施基础设施的解决方案和相关经验。 
• 了解以下技术，并在每个领域至少精通一家品牌的相关技术和经验: 计算机(思科、戴尔、惠普、IBM包括刀片服务器)、数据库(Oracle、SQL Server)、数据保护(commvault、Symantex Backup Exec & Netbackup)、移动设备管理(Airwatch)、网络设备(H3C、思科、Juniper、Palo Alto networks)、操作系统(桌面Windows、Windows Server 2016、Linux)、存储(EMC、IBM、NetApp)、 虚拟化(Citrix, microsoft Hyper-V, VMware)。 
• 熟悉IT服务管理工具和工单、资产管理系统Service- now或Maximo
• 具备IT项目审计经验，对IT项目管理有较强的理解，能够管理复杂的并发技术任务; 拥有PMP认证优先
• 理解信息处理原理，并创建各类分析报告。 
• 具备业务案例开发，并有与供应商谈判沟通的经验。
• 基本了解IT基础设施相关的知识（空调，UPS，机柜，消防系统，库存系统，安防系统，监控系统等）。

IT Operation Analyst (Asset Management)

Line of Business: Technology and Digital

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of technology-related hardware and software within the organization. This includes planning, monitoring, and recording hardware assets and software license to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and hardware software license delivery. The individual will assist in forming procurement strategies to optimize technology spend across the organization. The IT Asset Management Analyst will also develop and implement procedures and systems for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.

100% - Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Formulates and implements processes, procedures and systems for tracking and analyzing hardware, software, and equipment from requisition through retirement.
• Account for the IT assets throughout the enterprise utilizing tools to manage all assets within the organization and affiliated companies.
• Develop and conduct training as needed for use by department level staff to maintain inventory.
• Manage acquisition of assets from planning through deployment.
• Report to management ITAM/life cycles and resolve conflicts.
• Verify, enter, and adjust equipment IT asset management data in a variety of forms, schedules, and reports.
• Track entire life-cycle management for each asset in order to maintain warranty information, refresh date, and end of life data information.
• Work directly with the administrator(s) to maintain 100 percent inventory accuracy.
• Develop written plans, policies, and procedures to document processes to support the asset management lifecycle.
• Closely working with vendors for developing assets management platform and implement the system within the organization.
• Conduct annual inventory audit and develop process and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct project auditing and develop process and procedures to ensure accuracy
• Compliance with company eWaste policies and procedures and following g purchasing to the deposition process.
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Certification Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management. ITIL Foundations v3/v4 certification.

• Specific experience evaluating, recommending, and implementing infrastructure solutions.
• Knowledge of the following technologies with specific experience with at least one vendor under each domain: compute (Cisco,  Dell, HP, IBM including blade servers), database (Oracle, SQL Server), data protection (commvault, Symantex Backup Exec & Netbackup), mobile device management (Airwatch), networking (H3C, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Netwroks), operating systems (Windows for desktops, windows server 2016, Linux), storage (EMC, IBM, NetApp), virtualization (Citrix, Mircosoft Hyper-V, VMware).
• Experience on one of IT Service management tools Service-Now or Maximo work order and asset management software is required
• Experience in auditing of IT project, managing complex and concurrent technical activities supported by a strong understanding of IT project management; PMP certifications a plus.
• Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Understanding of information processing principles, creating various type of reporting analyzing.
• Experience developing business cases and negotiating with vendors.
• General knowledge of facility related utilities and systems (e.g., environmental systems-HVAC, electrical systems, UPS systems, fire protection systems, inventory systems, security/access systems, monitoring systems, etc.).

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading the deployment of complex solutions involving multiple vendor technologies.
• Good command of English and Chinese language, excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with experience communicating complex, technical concepts to all levels.
• Solid relationship management skills interacting horizontally and vertically across organizations.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
