Job Summary:
The HRIS Partner plays a key role in the overall delivery of system solutions to support policies and processes of the HR department. This involves identifying problem areas, brainstorming of solutions, supporting the design and implementation of the system solution, leading the testing, and supporting the solution and end-product after it is launched.

The suite of Shanghai Disney Resort HR systems to be supported include, but are not limited to, an HR system of record, an HR workflow system, recruitment solutions for attracting, evaluating and on-boarding candidates, learning management, goals & performance management, compensation & benefits solutions, HR mobile applications, and the integration of HR data across HR and non-HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the integration of Shanghai Disney Resort HR processes to the system solution, help analyze system requirements by identifying and implementing changes and upgrades to the existing systems to support HR policies and programs. 

• Partner with Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) HR Information System, HR business process owners, and segment HR site sustainment organizations as contact point to support Shanghai Disney Resort HR system initiatives.

• Partner with IT and functional teams across the company to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions.  Tasks include but are not limited to: documenting business requirements and translating HR policy into system requirements, performing testing, developing and communicating end user training/business processes, and troubleshooting system issues identifying system and process enhancement opportunities.

• Support the creation of custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff.

• Contribute to ad hoc HR Information System related projects.

Desired Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin 

• Bachelor's degree and above

• Over 6 years related HRIS experience

• Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM(PA, PY, PT), Workday HR Module preferred

• Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with HR new technology and have experience in AI Chatbot, WeCom, Big Data, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships across functional teams

• Integrity, customer-oriented service mind, good learner, hard working
