Job Summary:

As a Guest Service Manager of Recreation at the Shanghai Disney Resort, this role will be responsible for the daily operations of the recreation operations at a resort hotel. interact with guests, cast members, external service providers, and partners on a daily basis to ensure a seamless recreation experience and delivery of superb service.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead the daily recreation operations at a resort hotel;
• You will ensure safe practices are consistently executed, keeping safety the top priority;
• You will ensure overall strategies and goals are embedded in the operation;
• You will oversee day-to-day financial operations to include labor and other expenses;
• You will interact with guests, cast members and partners on a daily basis to ensure a seamless experience and delivery of superb service;
• You will designate as a first responder for guest issues and incidents in recreation venues at the resort.

• Demonstrated operational Guest service experience and Guest service skills;
