助理专员，商品传讯职位负责支持商品传讯和市场推广。这个职位在确保上海迪士尼度假区商品和体验保持一致性的信息传递和故事讲述中，扮演着重要的角色。我们期待有志于在零售领域长期发展的候选人。

工作内容：

• 通过与产品开发团队的合作，了解并撰写中英文产品知识，用于对内培训和对外推广；
• 汇总各季度的新品上市计划，协调商品部内部与上市相关的工作节点；
• 向内部演职人员以及外部合作伙伴介绍商品分类及相应的沉浸式体验；
• 与市场部和公共事务部的伙伴紧密合作，编写中英文商品宣传推广内容，用于所有内部和外部的传讯平台；
• 与商店运营团队合作，寻找适当的方式将信息传递至商品知识的培训及日常运营中；
• 管理日常各类店内标牌的内容和审批流程；
• 通过明星、意见领袖、媒体和社交平台受众进行产品推广；
• 管理样品仓库和展示间以满足传讯需求；
• 向公共事务部、市场部及法务部门提交商店运营相关内容。管理内容在商品部，关键部门和利益相关者中获得批准；
• 定期进行店铺寻访，评估传讯和项目结果；如有需要，提出行动计划。

我们希望您：

• 拥有本科或以上学历，2年相关市场营销、零售、公关或品牌工作经验者优先；

• 具备出色的英语书写和口语能力及中文文案能力；
• 认真踏实，积极主动，有责任心；
• 能熟练使用单反及照片编辑和视频剪辑软件者优先；
• 具有良好的沟通能力、项目管理能力和团队精神。

Job Summary:

As an Associate Specialist, Merchandise Communications, you need to be responsible for supporting merchandise communications and marketing.  This position will play an important role in ensuring the consistent messaging and story-telling of merchandise products and experience across Shanghai Disney Resort. We look forward to candidates who desire to have long-term career path in retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product development team to understand and draft the bilingual product knowledge for internal training and external communications;
• Consolidate the seasonal new product launch plan. Coordinate all the related work streams timeline within merchandise team;
• Present merchandise assortments and immersive experiences to internal Cast Members and external partners;
• Work closely with Marketing and Public Affairs partners and create bilingual communication and promotion content for usage across all internal and external communications platforms;
• Partner with store operations team to identify the proper methods to deliver messages into product knowledge training and daily operations;
• Manage the daily signage content requests and approvals;
• Lead the effort for special campaign via product seeding and activations with celebrities, KOLs, media and social audience;
• Organize sample closets and showrooms to facilitate communications needs;
• Submit store operations related content to Public Affairs, Marketing, and Legal. Manage content approvals within merchandise and obtain approvals from key Lines of Business and stakeholders;
• Conduct regular store visit to assess the communication and project result and propose action plans if needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, two-year experience in Marketing, Communications, Retail, PR, or branding is a plus;
• Good command of both written and verbal English, and Chinese copywriting;
• Demonstrated ability to be down to earth, self-motivated, and responsible;
• Proficiency in SLR camera as well as photo and video editing software is a plus;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills and excel in a team dynamic.
