上海迪士尼度假区收益管理与分析部门基于高层次的分析，为度假区内外的顾客提供商业解决方案。该部门同时负责整个度假区的收益管理与分析工作，例如预测与计划，定价与收益管理以及科学的决策支持等。

工作内容：

• 收入报告/日常量价报告以及精密分析：

• 每周收集，处理, 分析从各个渠道得到的收益相关数据，整合得到上海迪士尼度假区的总收入并生成每周及月度报告
• 与财务部合作，协调系统间收入差异，并建议调整结果
• 持续加强收入报告自动化
• 向商业合作伙伴和高级别的管理层传达商业情况

• 月度/年度/长期收入预测

• 在量与价两方建立并持续改进预测模型，保证所有重要的变量都已包括在内，例如但不限于经济数据影响，季节性因素，节假日因素，新产品和活动因素等. 目的以达到预测更合理，更准确
• 收入结果与预测差异分析, 找到内外环境因素影响带来的变化

• 定价策略和收益分析

• 负责门票产品定价策略，制定需求与收益的分析模型，致力于实现收益改善

• 投资项目收益回报预测和事后总结

• 具备强大的调研能力，根据收集和分析得到的数据，系统地估计、计算并生成关于商业或资本投资回报预测的合理性依据
• 具有扎实的逻辑思维能力，能够对评估结果进行高质量的展示

我们希望您：

• 拥有统计学、数据分析、经济学、财务、金融、工业工程、或相关学科学位；
• 研究生拥有3年以上，或者本科生拥有5年以上商业、财务或统计分析领域的相关工作经验；
• 熟练运用财务和统计建模技能，并能基于适当的商业假设进行模型构建；
• 具备成熟的Excel, PPT, Tableau, PowerBI经验；
• 在英语和中文方面具备卓越的书面和口头沟通能力，能够通过数据背后的故事影响他人；在逻辑上高度严谨，能够连接故事背后的各个关键点，并能以清晰的语言向领导层提供建议；
• 熟练使用SQL，Python和Tableau;
• 熟练使用SAS和PowerBI将是一个加分项

Job Summary:

The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytic team supports clients from both internal and external of the theme park and the resort with business solutions based on advanced analytics. The team is responsible for revenue management and analytics for the overall resort project, which include Forecasting and Planning, Pricing Revenue Management, and Decision Science Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate revenue report, regular volume/rate report and detailed analysis:

• Weekly collect, process and analyze the revenue streams from different lines of business, integrate and consolidate into the total revenue report on a weekly and monthly basis;
• Collaborate and coordinate with Financial Reporting team for revenue discrepancy study and followed revenue adjustment;
• Continuously improve reporting automation;
• Deliver business data and metrics to associated partner and senior management; 

• Monthly /Yearly /Long Term forecast and planning :

• Build and keep optimizing volume and rate model for forecast, ensuring all the important variables are factored, including economics, seasonality, holiday, new product and initiatives, in order for an appropriate and accurate forecast result;
• Variance analysis for revenue actual and forecast in terms of different metrics and internal/external factors;

• Pricing strategies and revenue management:

• Develop pricing strategy of ticket products, formulate analysis models to balance demand and revenue, in order to achieve yield optimization;

• Revenue projection for investment projects, and post-mortem evaluation for revenue return:

• With strong research capability, systematically estimate, calculate and generate rationale for return projection regarding commercial or capital investment based on collected and analyzed data;
• Highly presentable for evaluation results with solid sense of logic.

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field;
• Master’s degree with 3+ year, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in business /finance /statistical analysis and planning related field;
• Proficiency with financial and statistical modeling with appropriate business assumptions;
• MatureExcellent Excel, PPT, and visualization skills (i.e. Tableau, Power BI);
• Proven written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese with ability to influence others with the story behind the data; highly logistical to connect dots of storyline with ability to advise senior leadership in a clear language;
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau;
• Proficiency in SAS and PowerBI will be a plus
