作为助理经理，商业渠道销售和青少年活动，您需要协助部门经理制定销售策略并执行销售计划，通过市场洞察，开发新的商业渠道、管理合作伙伴与上海迪士尼度假区之间的业务关系，并推动客户参与来实现预期的业务成果。您需要追踪市场趋势，监测销售业绩，持续推动销售收入增长以及品牌知名度的提升。

工作内容：

• 协助制定和执行商业渠道和青少年活动的业务计划，将计划转化为具体的优先事项和目标，以高质量的协调和服务达到预期的销售结果；
• 主动寻找新的商业机会，了解和分析商业渠道和青少年活动客户的购买习惯，能够结合不同客户的需求确定业务机会，与销售团队成员和公司内部其他团队合作，通过产品销售实现整体业务目标；
• 协助业务合作伙伴进行日常产品管理，业务数据分析，全年销售策略制定和实施以及其他支持工作；
• 管理和指导业务合作伙伴提高运营能力并监控执行效力；
• 收集相关行业的业务信息，保持敏锐的市场理解，追踪市场发展趋势，把握一切可能的商业机会；
• 支持销售经理的日常工作，包括但不限于分配的任务，完成特殊项目或任务，通过跨职能协同，项目管理及时交付高质量的工作；
• 确保上海迪士尼度假区的商务政策和流程得到充分执行，保证有效的内部和外部沟通。

我们希望您：

• 大学本科学历以上优先；
• 拥有至少八年以上工作经验，五年以上高端酒店业、旅游业、教育业或相关行业优先；
• 有销售，业务拓展或客户管理相关经验者优先；
• 必须具备良好的英文、普通话书面和口语能力；
• 熟练的电脑操作技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook）；
• 具有较强的内外沟通、谈判和人际交往能力；
• 有敏锐的商业头脑和分析能力；
• 具备在给定时间内执行商务计划的能力；
• 具备有效的演示、计划、组织和协调的能力；
• 积极主动，精力充沛，自我激励，结果为导向，学习能力强，注重细节，工作作风务实，能在压力下工作。

Job Summary:

As Associate Manager, In-Market & Youth Program, you will assist the team leader in developing sales strategies and executing sales plans through market insights, developing new commercial channels, managing business relationships between partners and Shanghai Disney Resort, and driving customer engagement to achieve desired business results. You need to track market trends, monitor sales performance, and continue to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of the business plan for the In-Market & Youth Program, translating the business plan into specific priorities and objectives to achieve the desired sales results with high-quality coordination and service;
• Proactively seek new business opportunities, understand and analyze the buying habits of In-Market and Youth Program customers, identify business opportunities based on the needs of different customers, and cooperate with members of the sales team and cross-function teams to achieve the overall business objectives through product sales;
• Assist business partners with daily product management, business data analysis, annual sales strategy development and implementation, and other support work;
• Manage and guide business partners to improve operational capabilities and monitor execution effectiveness;                           
• Collect business information from relevant industries, maintain a keen understanding of the market, track market trends, and seize all possible business opportunities;
• Support the sales manager's daily work, including but not limited to assigned tasks, completion of special projects or tasks, and timely delivery of high-quality work through cross-functional collaboration;
• Ensure that Shanghai Disney Resort business policies and procedures are fully implemented, and effective internal and external communications are maintained.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred;
• A minimum of 8 years working experience, with more than 5 years in high-end hospitality, tourism industry, education industry or related industry is preferred;
• Working experience in sales, business development, or account management is a plus;
• Excellent written and spoken of both English and Mandarin is mandatory;
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Strong internal and external communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
• Ability to execute business plans within a given time frame;
• Ability to demonstrate, plan, organize, and coordinate effectively;
• Self-motivated, energetic, self-motivated, results-oriented, quick to learn, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and able to work under pressure.
