主要岗位职责：

• 您将支持关键商业项目（E-coupon系统）从规划到完美执行，包括识别市场机会、设计业务规则、确保交付和持续优化；
• 与其他重点商业项目建立强有力的联系：包括但不限于CDP、one profile、E-platform会员等，利用不同系统的优势，实现在正确的时间、以正确的产品精准瞄准正确的消费者；
• 制定可靠的业务计划以推动收入增长：最大限度地提高收入和盈利能力、开发分析模型、与合作伙伴的协作；
• 您将负责整个E-coupon生态系统的学习周期：识别盈利机会、设计具体优惠活动、评估优惠活动绩效，并将所有学习内容集中到E-coupon知识库中，以更好地满足业务需求；
• 与合作伙伴共同构建坚实而完整的E-coupon数据基建。建立清晰可靠的数据处理流程，以获得基于事实的见解并提高分析效率；
• 大量跨团队协作：与众多的关键合作伙伴密切合作，通过高效的沟通来确保稳健的项目交付。主要利益相关者包括营销、销售、技术、财务、运营等。

我们希望您：

• 大学本科或以上，且具有至少 5 年商业相关领域的工作经验，例如定价、收益管理、数据科学、信息系统、统计学、经济学、商业规划、商业智能或运营管理；
• 有对主题公园和娱乐行业的热情；
• 出色的定量和分析技能，在进行复杂的业务分析方面具有丰富的实践经验；
• 具有使用SQL、Tableau、PowerBI、SAS、SPSS 等定量软件的经验。熟练掌握以下至少一种或多种编程语言：VBA、SAS、SQL、Python、R；
• 表现出对细节和准确性的高度关注；
• 解决问题和批判性思维能力；
• 强烈的责任感和按时完成任务、处理多个优先事项并准确履行工作职责的能力；
• 能在快节奏且有些压力的环境中工作；
• 能够在跨国公司复杂且多元化的业务部门中以项目团队为导向的环境中工作；
• 拥有良好的书面和口头沟通和表达能力，能够在组织结构中上下沟通，以简洁和积极的方式传达关键要素；
• 展现并具备合作、建立关系、影响力方面的能力；

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support the key commercial project E-coupon system from planning to flawlessly execution, including identify market opportunities, design business rules, ensure delivery, and continuous optimization.
• Build strong connection with other key commercial projects: include but not limited to CDP, one profile, E-platform membership, etc. by leveraging the strengths from different system, to achieve accurate targeting to right consumers with right products at the right time.
• Formulate solid business plan to drive revenue growth: maximizing revenue and profitability, developing analytical models and through collaboration with partners.
• You will be responsible for the entire E-coupon ecosystem learning cycle: identifying revenue opportunities, designing offers, evaluating offer performances, and centralizing all learnings into E-coupon knowledge base to better fulfill business needs.
• Work with partners to build solid and extensive E-coupon data infrastructure. Establish a clear and reliable data processing pipeline to get fact-based insights and improve analytical efficiency.
• Strong cross-team collaboration: closely work with broader key stakeholders, with efficient communications to ensure a robust project delivery. Key stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Technology, Finance, Operation, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years’ work experience in business related field, such as pricing, revenue management, data science, information systems, statistics, economics, business planning, business intelligence, or operations management
• Enthusiasm for theme park and entertainment industries
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis
• Experiences with quantitative software such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, SPSS. Proficiency with at least one or more of the following programming languages: VBA, SAS, SQL, Python, R.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately
• Work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment
• Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
• Possess good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to communicate up and down the organizational structure to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner
• Demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, influencing
• Get along with fellow team members and work as a team
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn (including new tools)
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
