作为上海迪士尼度假区餐饮部的助理平面设计师，为餐饮业务部门提供创新设计思路和理念，确保设计符合相关迪士尼品牌设计标准和要求，并且持续保持设计的高质量，确保设计工作项目能在时间上得到合理安排，并在活动开始之前所预期的时间进行展示。您的主要职责是为设计项目（菜单设计为主）提供解决方案和协调，按需完成概念和项目文件归档以及制作交付。

工作内容：

• 您将负责日常菜单的维护工作；
• 您将参加季节性菜单更换的工作；
• 您将了解不同工艺不同材质菜单的开发流程，执行设计及开发细节；
• 负责协助设计并且执行打印物料；
• 配合迪士尼设计团队以协助负责餐饮部所有公共区域的标牌和指示牌的物料打印；
• 在符合迪士尼的标准下，确保设计生动，同时保持持续的高质量艺术创作；
• 您将协助确定新一季菜单的视觉方向；
• 您将在需要时准备最终艺术成品供供应商制作；
• 您将有机会跨部门合作，共同完成设计工作。

我们希望您：

• 拥有平面设计学士学位或相当学历，及至少1年以上图形设计经验；
• 拥有专业设计履历，具备平面设计领域突出的技能和经验；
• 具有多样化设计风格和技术工作经验；
• 拥有餐饮、酒店行业背景为加分项；
• 具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力，及一定的演讲陈述能力、组织能力和影响能力，关注细节，并具有较强的灵活性；
• 善于合作，能在充满活力的团队中取得成功；
• 拥有突出的计算机技能，包括熟练使用Illustrator、Photoshop以及Word、Excel和PowerPoint；
• 中英双语听说读写流利。

Job Summary:

As an Associate Graphic Designer in Shanghai Disney Resort food and beverage department, your main responsibility is to support developing new design concepts across F&B lines of business, ensure designs meet with the Disney Brand and creative standards and that a consistent and quality image is projected. Ensure the design work project is properly scheduled and presented at the expected time before the campaign begins. Also responsible to provide solutions and coordination for the assigned design projects (mainly menu design), including the completion of concept and project file archiving and production delivery as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for daily menu maintenance work;
• Participate in seasonal menu replacement work;
• Learn about the development process, execution design, and development details of menus with different processes and materials;
• Assist in the design and execution of all printed materials;
• Assist Disney show quality team in the production of all displayed signages in all F&B public areas;
• Ensure vivid design while maintaining continuous high-quality artistic creation while meeting Disney standards;
• Assist to determine the visual direction of the new season menu;
• Prepare the final artistic product for supplier production when needed;
• Collaborate with other team to complete the design work.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design as well as a minimum of 1 years of related experience;
• A portfolio of professional design work that demonstrates outstanding skills and experience in the graphic design field;
• Working knowledge of diverse design styles and techniques;
• Preferably with a background in the F&B and hospitality industries;
• Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, organization skills, and ability to influence, demonstrated ability to be flexible and detail oriented;
• Good collaborative skills to excel in a dynamic team;
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Mandarin and English.
