上海迪士尼度假区正在招募一位助理财务分析员,应收账款来支持度假区的账单,信用管理以及执行催款工作。该职位向资深应收账分析师汇报工作,将会对租赁,票务,酒店以及其他收入开具账单,与客户对账,解决纠纷以及执行催款产生关键作用。候选人需要习惯在快节奏的环境中工作;审核发票和账单,开具发票与账单给客户。候选人也需拥有为客户服务的精神,专注于向外部的客户及内部的合作部门提供高质量的服务。该候选人需快速熟悉各种业务系统和财务系统(SAP),通过广泛地与国内外同事进行合作,来创建账单及收款流程,为未来团队提供指引。
工作内容:
- 准备周度和月度账目对账。分析,解释,并纠正差异。在总分类账中准备日记账。 提供情况说明以及并制定月度资产负债表预测。审核和加强内部控制,确保账目的完整性,监控长账龄及未开票的应收账款;
- 通过及时解决内部及外部客户问题满足客户服务标准;监控,确保及时准确地开具发票和并处理退款退款;
- 持续提高和改善工作效率;
- 完成其他职责和特殊项目。

- 具有本科会计或融专业学历,至少1-3年在会计或户服务领域以及跨国公司的经验;
- 具有公司各部门同事包括部门团队高效沟通的能力;
- 拥有独立工作,责任心,以及在灵活团队环境中工作的能力;
- 拥有常规的分析以及识别和解决问题的能力;
- 拥有独立处理能力,能积极主动解决问题并能找到合适的方法落实;
- 良好的电脑技能,包括高水平的Excel和PowerPoint技能,熟悉SAP系统者优先考虑;
- 正确理解公司内部控制规则;
- 拥有《会计从业资格证书》;
- 精通英文和普通话的书写,表达和阅读。
Job Summary:
Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst, Accounts Receivable to support SHDR’s invoice billing, credit monitoring and executing collection. Reports to the Senior Financial Analyst, this position will be a key contributor to issuance of billing, reconciliation with customers, resolves disputes and execution of collection, for rent, tickets, room nights and other revenue. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment; will focus on reviewing invoice and billing before issuing to customers. The candidate will possess a customer service mindset that focuses on providing high quality service to external customers as well as internal business partners. The candidate should expect to quickly familiar with various business and financial systems (SAP) and develop workflow and guidance of billing and collecting by collaborating extensively with others, both in China and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly account reconciliations. Analyze, explain and correct variances. Prepare journal entries to the general ledger. Provide input for fact sheet presentations and monthly balance sheet forecasts. Review and strengthen internal controls, ensure integrity of accounts, and monitor aged and unbilled receivables;
- Meet client service standards through timely resolution of internal and external client issues; monitor and ensure accurate and timely invoice and refund processing;
- Identify and implement continuous efficiency improvements;
- Finish other duties and special projects as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in an Accounting or Customer service environment and multinational companies and People's Republic of China Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the team and organization;
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment;
- General analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve issues;
- Ability to take initiative, problem-solve and carryout ideas;
- Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, familiar with SAP is preferred;
- Solid understanding of internal controls;
- Certificate of Accounting Professional;
- Fluent in written, spoken and reading English and Mandarin.
